I?m usually a regular here, but after this delivery I don?t think I will be anymore. Completely messed up my order. Didn?t half... of what I ordered. I was missing a drink, straws, napkins & all 3 sauces I had ordered. The driver went back and only got me mydrink I ordered. VERY POOR SERVICE. I am very disappointed and never expected this from Jimmy Johns. Wasted my money and theyruined my lunch. Read more

Fantastic customer service! One of my subs was wrong and they provided a refund for my order which was above and beyond. And of... course the subs are always delicious! Read more
The worst customer service experience ever. I ordered 4 subs and 3 out of 4 subs were incorrect. I ordered and customized the... subs online but apparently the ticket that prints out on their end doesn't show the customization. I went back to have themremade and I had to wait for them to contact the management to see if they could remake the subs. Then I was upcharged for extrameat on top of the subs being wrong. I will not go there ever again and I don't recommend this restaurant. Read more
It was a clean place and good bread, I am just not a fan of cold sandwiches. I wish the had a few choices for something hot,... such as a meatball or steak and cheese sub. There bread in my opinion is better than Subway. I is crusty on the outside andsoft in the middle. Read more
I hate leaving bad reviews but I must say Jimmy John's is not what it used to be. I would recommend a different sub place.
