If I can give this zero stars I would, I went there for the first time ever with a friend and she and I waited a long time for... our food to come out just for it to come out cold and over seasoned. The waitresses don?t check on the tables they just standaround taking pics trying to look sexy. This place needs new management. Went last night between 830-9 and sat at the bar. It took over an hour for 10 boneless wings to... come out for me and the man that sat next to me. We were both patient but outraged since it was late and not that busy. Theservers did a great job, they were pleasant and apologetic as we both continued to wait. However at what point does the managerwho was lingering near the bar come over and check on his customers that are so obviously unhappy? What happened to customerservice being the priority of the restaurant business? After we ate our wings, we both closed out our tabs, and nothing wasdiscounted or comp'd for us. No drinks, no wings. The man next to me finally asked the manager about this, who immediatelybackpedaled and offered to take the wings off, but it was too late. Not once were we confronted by this manager as we continuedto wait. We shouldn't have to confront the manager who is hanging around the bar and chatting with regulars about poor service,the manager should be more perceptive to that. Every customer is important, not just the ones you are familiar with. Kudos toyour employees who are doing your job by consoling unhappy customers while you chit chat with your buddies. Cool, laid back experience and the wait was well worth it. One thing that wins me over besides sweet heart ladies being... themselves and making their money is seasoned food. I went to hooters for my birthday January 2021. With my family we were gonna do appetizers n cocktails to celebrate. I was told... no drinks after 930 however as we sat to wait for our order pitches of beer were still being poured and passed out to certainpeople at the bar. When I asked if I could get beer I see it's still being poured she said no. I also asked why if people arestill being served why cant we? The waitress said I guess it depends on who is working. We order tea after that then and wewaited for our tea more beer was being poured at the bar we could clearly see this. So I was frustrated told my family let's go.I offered to pay for the tea we didn't drink and left. I returned by myself on Monday January 11,2021. I asked for the geneticsmanagers name n number. The shift manager came listen to what I had to say about my experience. I explained I didn't wantanything but to enjoy my birthday and have a drink. So that's exactly what I did. The shift manager sent a server and I order my2 drinks n chicken nachos. When it was time to pay check even though I didn't ask for anything but an explanation. The nachoswere on the house. I?m usually not one to leave negative reviews, however I feel that this meal warranted it. I ordered 10 Traditional Wings,... Extra Crispy To Go. I live within 5 minutes of the restaurant. It said our order would be ready at 7:05 and I walked into therestaurant at 7:05. My food was indeed ready and I went straight home. The wings were so greasy and soggy that I couldn?t eatthem. There was so much oil in the bottom of the plate that it was separating from the sauce. The wings were spongy and noteven close to extra cripsy. Will definitely stick to Buffalo Wild Wings from now on. Read more
