Worst experience ever at a hardees. 530pm Saturday oct 22. Ordered and had to wait 5 min in the drive thru. Fries were so... greasy and old and disgusting I handed them right back. I did not have time to wait so I left only to find out down the road themushroom swiss burger was thrown in the box with no wrapping and just swimming in grease and gravy. They are lucky I was in ahurry or I'd have gone in and the cook would be wearing it. This was obviously a dgaf cook because everyone knows better. On Sunday September 11 2022 @10:20. l had arrive at the Hardees drive thur line.There where about five cars in line .And I'm... hearing while people was talking to get there orders that they ran out food or don't have anymore gravy. Just running customersout of the line because it was so out of control.This is the worst customer service I ever seen at this hardees and the managerneed to be replace .No customer service skills at all .Customers were waiting a while for there breakfast and the drive thuremployee just running them out of the lines like flys,including myself.l feel someone need to look at this . You can't go wrong with a Hardee's biscuit! I usually get the steak and cheese and it is yum! A word to management though,... please power wash the drive thru window and surrounding area. Otherwise, food is good and staff were friendly and efficient! Read more
