Been here twice. Won?t be going back! Never have any donuts so good luck ever receiving your mobile order. No one ever greets... you because they are too busy trying to figure out their job, including the manager. Food quality is always awful. How hard isit to run a franchise? Read more
I?ve been here multiple times now and the first time they didn?t acknowledge us standing there at the counter for 15 minutes... until finally we were able to get someone?s attention and asked if they were taking orders. And then they were sold out ofpretty much everything - almost all donut flavors, cold brew, and breakfast sandwich items. It was a busy morning that day andmaybe they were understaffed so I figured I?d try it again in a month or so. Hit the drive through today and waited quite awhile for a breakfast sandwich and a hot coffee. My coffee was ready pretty much when I got up to the window and then theywalked off. 5 minutes later came back and grabbed a box that had been sitting right beside the coffee and handed that to me too(the sandwich). Got home and opened my food and my breakfast sandwich was missing the top piece of bread and the cheese wasstill cold. Not sure I?ll try this location again. Maybe they?re just understaffed which if that?s the case they need morepeople working during morning shifts, especially on weekends! Read more
Super slow and no one even acknowledging you. Stood in lobby for 5 minutes all alone before I asked drive through person to help... me place an order. Update: thought I?d give it a chance out of connivence and guess what? Out of the first two items I orderedand cold brew tasted like water with cream. The hours are inconsistent compared to normal hours. I never know when they?re going to be open. I went through the drive... through but no one was there. I ordered a small iced coffee but they gave me a large instead? The interior is very nice butultimately not worth going to. Read more
Despicable! Yens refused to make my granddaughter a frozen coffee! You claimed that you do not have the machine. Well, I?d think... with as large of a chain as Dunkin? is that you?d be able to afford the equipment needed to cater to patrons, we will not returnand will continue spending money with Starbucks. I've stopped by a couple times. The coffee is good, the savory items are well prepped. Although this morning I ordered a couple... donuts and they felt hard and stale. If you're gonna be a fresh donut shop, they should be fresh made each day. Read more
The team is always so enthusiastic and helpful which makes early mornings so much easier to get through! I used to be a "treat... yourself to Starbucks" person but now that I've found Dunkin ill never go back! Prices are better and so is the coffee! Win,win! Read more
Unprofessional staff and horrible management. There were 2 workers standing outside the front door smoking and cursing up a... storm. In front of my children. Walked in and stood there for 5 mins before even being spoken to. Then the guy taking out orderstarted talking to one of the workers from outside and completely forgot our order and I had to tell him 3 different times. Theywere out of stock of everything.
