I am a big fan of Dominos but the previous manager/crew were so bad (average of 2 hours on a slow day, canceling orders at the... last minute after waiting an hour.. etc... etc...) I knew something had to change. So I hadnt ordered in almost a year or more.About a month ago I gave them a shot one more time and WOW something changed. I have ordered 5 times over the last month(probably more) and the food was hot and fresh and got here within 30-50 min. Which as I am just under 2 miles should have neverbeen a problem. Glad to see they finally did something to make thier employees care. My drivers have not only been fast. Theyhave been cheerful and professional. Good Employees that reflect a positive attitude comes from within the store. Keep it upguys.. ! So glad they are back. Read more
I work pretty close to this location and often forget to eat before a long shift. When my budget (and digestive system) allow, I... sometimes order from here. I don't know what the cooks/staff here do differently than other Domino's locations, but my food isalways hot, extra cheesy, and made perfectly in comparison to other locations. It?s been a long time since I had Dominoes and it was delicious!! We tried sausage marinara pasta, Italian sandwich, steak... sandwich and chocolate crunch cakes or lava cakes. I swear it was ALL good! I was shocked! Everything was warm, great tastingand just really good. Thank you! Read more

This location and all of the locations of domains is trash. That was my fault when I ordered from you guys every time I have the... same issue and I never learnt a lesson. They?re always have the same excuses they said it will only take 30 to 45 minutes to bedelivered but unfortunately it took almost 2 hours and the food was cold and almost burned. I've tried to give this location a fair chance. I've ordered multiple times from them (mostly online) and the past 5 orders have... had issues. The most recent 3 involved the pizza being delivered 1-2 hours later than the given time, with no apologies oroffers to make up for it. For about 3 months nobody would pick up the phone, and a delivery driver even told me they don'tbother to try in the store. I don't know whether the problem is the staff, management, or corporate, but this location can't getit together. The last time I ordered, it was 2 hours late and my wife and I ended up returning with fast food at the same timethe delivery driver arrived. Read more
Ordered seven cheese pizzas, one Italian sub, one brownie marble cookie, three 2-litters and a 20oz soda. Ordered at 4:30. At... 5:30 a delivery guy brought me five cheese pizzas, and three 2-litters. He forgot my other two cheese pizzas, my Italian sub,brownies, and my 20oz. He looked at the receipt with me, and all items showed on the receipt. He said ?oh wow, ok. I?ll be rightback with those!? He NEVER came back. I?ve tried to call multiple times. No one ever answers the phone. I PAID IN FULL onlinewhen I ordered. I gave a $11 tip, total bill was over $88!! They NEVER BROUGHT the rest of my order to me!! I also tried toorder over the phone so I could us a store credit the GM gave me last month after another fiasco happened the last time Iordered from this same Domino?s on Midlothain. After literally twenty min on hold waiting to speak with someone to take myorder, I caved and order online?paid full price with out being able to use my store credit.
