Had a taste for a Cappuccino Blast. Young lady making it was new and had no idea how to make it nor the ingredients. Young man... was on break, I guess, and sat in the eating area. The 2 other ladies handled the drive thru. Myself & 5 other patrons waitedtil she finished making it then cleaned the area before giving me my drink. Father & son walked out with me. Ordered my son?s birthday cake 48 hours in advance at the Hull St. location in person. Went to pick it up on the day of his... birthday and they said I that they didn?t have the cake and it was never ordered. Showed them the receipt and they said I couldhave a generic pre made cake from the freezer or a refund. It was a huge disappointment. Read more
Ordered milkshakes & they don?t even know how to make them. My milkshake look like a cup of milk literally. They are supposed to... have all the different flavors & they only had maybe about 4 flavors? and vanilla wasn?t one of them. Read more
Delivery date 06/01/2021 they messed up my first order the box was small and cake was hight and whipped cream was melting and it... messed everywhere in the box. I was very disappointed with my order manager only gave me 10% discount he said he couldn?t domore then that. So same same day i have to order another same cake and it came pretty nice. I post both pic one bad one and goodone and anyone can tell first cake whoever made they are not very good at but second cake way better then that. So if employeemessed up customer order manager should gave big discount or make another one same as we order. Because of them customer had tosuffer. Read more
I'm on vacay and wanted to indulge in my fav, rocky road on a waffle cone. No rocky road and no waffle cones. Got some kind of... white chocolate and chocolate mix. It was okay, but she had made such a mess of the container it dripped on my shirt before Icould pull out if the drive thru to clean it up. But she also didn't give me ANY napkins. This is the second time I have had an absolutely amazing experience with this particular store. I came in for a specialty cake... for my husbands birthday. Last year's hamburger and fries ice cream cake was skillfully made and delicious. This I wanted abeer mug cake( my family picked out) but unfortunately I didn't order it within a good time frame. Helen, an associate therewould not let me go without something special for my husband. She went above and beyond to create a special collage for hisdate. Helen was creative, personable, and committed to making sure we were pleased. I can't say enough good things about Helenand the associates here. Read more
My girlfriend and I came in on national ice cream day and simply wanted a brownie sundae. We came in at 8pm and they told us... they didn?t have any brownies. So instead we wanted a waffle cone. They told us they didn?t have waffle anything. All they hadwere regular sugar cones. What kind of respectable ice cream establishment doesn?t have waffle or brownie? The place was short staffed, so it took a bit to get all our orders. The girl who was helping us, the shift leader I think, was... really friendly and hustling. She's definitely not getting paid enough and needs a raise. The shakes were good too. Read more
