I placed an order this afternoon through the Wingstop app, not realizing it would be delivered by Doordash. When I received my... order, I was missing half of it. I immediately called the store, only to be told they didn't deliver and I needed to contactDoordash. So, I call Doordash and they immediately call Wingstop back to ask them to remake the order for delivery. After a 30minute hold, the Doordash guy comes back on the line and says the Wingstop location is working on a large order for a church andwas unable to remake the order!! What the heck!! I was then told I needed to contact Wingstop customer support and request arefund! Had the young lady at Wingstop told me in my initial call to just call their customer support, she could have saved mean hour of my time and this negative review. Train your employees!! Read more

We placed an order online . When picked up they had no knowledge of our order. When we opened the food there were two side... orders missing , we payed for vegetables and an order of corn . I called talk to the manager , she hung up on me and took thephone off the hook , it gave me a busy signal . This is the worst experience and food in the area . The fries were so salty wehad to throw them away . This is a waste of time and money . I do NOT RECOMMEND. Read the reviews . This place is horrible . Read more

Worst experience worst restaurant rudest customer service ever waited over an hour for my order after asking 3 times nicely and... was very rudely told my order was next as repeated orders were sent out the door and our order we did get was completely wrongwhen I asked for a refund the girl behind the counter was extremely extremely rude and didn't give us a receipt we had to take apicture of it so never gonna go there again. App wasn't working so ordered at the store. They said 10 to 15 min we have been here a total of 45 minutes. Still don't have our... food. I can see them all back there playing while everyone is waiting. People are chilling in the parking lot going back andforth checking on their orders. When they walk back out the employees are laughing at them. Such a joke of management. They haveenough employees for the shift. Your labor is probably high right now. Bad management skills. Don't even waste your time going to this location. First off I attempted to place my order online, which I discovered was not... available. Then I decided to just drive to location and place my order. I get there and see people standing around waiting fororders. There was no one at the register so I just stood there and waited. I could see people cooking in the kitchen. I stoodthere for 10 minutes and no one ever came to the register or acknowledged people coming in. I decided to spend my moneysomewhere else. Read more

I want to start off by saying, we?re in Midlothian, the majority of the people that live here are WELL OFF financially and yet... the rude and impatient reviews are telling. I ordered my food online on a Friday evening. Est. 30 mins. I arrive to pick up andthe place is PACKED!! Most people are waiting for their food and the kitchen shows to have like 10+ tickets theyre working on.So to paint the picture?ITS BUSYY!! The employees were handling it extremely well, trying to stay calm and collected the wholetime. I give them huge props! I?m glad I didn?t encounter any rude customers but I?m sure some people were tired of waiting. Ibelieve I got my order an order after placing it online but I had no trouble waiting for it. I write this review to let theteam know that I appreciate them and their hard work. I enjoyed my meal! Also to let whoever owns this location know that youdefinitely need more staff or a bigger location. Because it?s not fair to have 7ish team members handle all of midlothian on aFriday evening. Like cmon! ITS POOR PLANNING and will end in disaster since clearly people aren?t nice. Read more

Ordered online & sat down in restaurant to eat. Everything was clean & the staff was friendly. Our food was fresh and hot & made... on time. First time in a while I actually received good fries from a Wingstop and not just skins. Everything was great for usexcept the music. It was Bruce Springsteen Sirius station, so annoying. Read more

Our boneless wings were hot and fresh, however, the bone in were obviously old and microwaved before serving because they were... rubbery in texture and definitely NOT fresh. I have had fresh wings before and you cannot even bite into them they are so hot,the ones tonight were luke warm at best. Fries were warm, soggy and not hot at all, which is disappointing because I orderedthem well done. On the plus side the order was delivered to us in about 10 minutes. I would have rather waited the full 20minute wait for fresh wings and food. Totally disappointed with this visit and would recommend people go to another location asthis one is hit or miss, mostly miss. Employees were too busy playing on their phones to provide good service and food. Read more
