I have lost count as to how many times my order has not only been wrong but that the staff never made it right without a huge... hassle and behaving unprofessionally. So often when I used the app to order that we quit using it and then today it was not onlywrong when I ordered in person, but they were also incredibly rude. The only response I got as to my order being wrong was thegirl at the window stating ?I just work here??. If I could give a negative number I would. This location is disgusting and the management couldn't care less. Watched a employee... drop a cup on the floor and the proceed to pit it back in the cup shoot. I politely brought to the shift managers attention whompromptly grabbed the wrong cup to dispose of and then what I can only assume told the young man about the complaint whomproceeded to take the same cup out of the shoot, drop on the floor again and actually rolled it around and then put it back forwhat I can only assume was a jab at me. When the young man came out out I brought it to his attention that that action wasn'tintimidating or impressive but rather juvenile and irresponsible to which he just grinned at me. I raised my voice at that pointand the shift manager ask me to stop and then proceeded to tell me "it's not that big a deal". Update on my last issue with not getting shake made right and other issues at the time. The employee Emma is really awesome to... deal with and very helpful. She offered to make things right and everytime I've came in after that she's always smiling and kindand willing to help anyone that needed it from what I have saw. Read more
It's so frustrating when your order is incorrect. I live in Venus and stopped going to that location due to poor service. Since... going to this location, I never had any issues until today. I ordered a Garlic Butter Bacon Burger but got a double cheeseburger on Texas toast. I live 15 mins from this location and was home already. I tried calling but the phone just rang. Due tomy schedule, I was unable to double back and had to eat it. I will not be back to this location in the future. I know businessesare struggling with staffing shortages, food shortages, etc. However that doesn't mean that you give subpar service to yourcustomers. Read more
I would honestly just avoid this Sonic location. I ordered a breakfast combo and the tater tots were undercooked, the sausage... was cold. Same with the ones that were in my burrito. I called corporate to complain, then I received a call from the managerwho offered to remake my order anytime. I was also refunded for my order. I decided to give them another chance to make my foodand I got the same exact result. They can't be bothered to fry the foods long enough.
