I stopped to get dinner. I live in Waxahachie, so Sonic is in my way home. I got home to eat, I noticed my chili dog was gray on... the outside and pink in the middle. Now, I've been to many sonics and this has NEVER happened. I don't know why the workerswould ever let this item leave! Read more

I have lost count as to how many times my order has not only been wrong but that the staff never made it right without a huge... hassle and behaving unprofessionally. So often when I used the app to order that we quit using it and then today it was not onlywrong when I ordered in person, but they were also incredibly rude. I would honestly just avoid this Sonic location. I ordered a breakfast combo and the tater tots were undercooked, the sausage... was cold. Same with the ones that were in my burrito. I called corporate to complain, then I received a call from the managerwho offered to remake my order anytime. I was also refunded for my order. I decided to give them another chance to make my foodand I got the same exact result. They can't be bothered to fry the foods long enough.
