Visited this location today, for starters the young man at the front had no customer service skills. Placed my order and then... asked for my receipt to which the young man advised he had already thrown it away. I asked him to reprint it for me when he hada minute and told him I could wait as there were people behind me so he could take their order. I initially only asked for thereceipt because if the fact that I used a coupon on my app and realized what I paid was about $5 over what I normally pay forthe same exact order every time I go to Schlotzsky?s. He then retrieved my receipt from the trash and said he didn?t want me totouch it because he had just gotten it from the trash (understandable,) he then starts to read off the prices and I immediatelyquestioned why my small veggie sandwich was more than $5.79 as that?s not only the price I?ve always paid but it?s also theprice on the board. The young man then proceeds to say ?yeah all our prices have gone up? to which I said well shouldn?t theprices be updated on the menu behind you or a sign somewhere like all the other restrictions who are taking price increases? Hethen proceeded to say ?yeah honestly I don?t think they are going to change our signs anytime soon, I?ve had a couple of peopleask why the prices are different from what the menu says, even the Cinnabons are $1.00 more and they haven?t even changed these(as he points to the Cinnabon area), but I?ll be sure to tell someone something again.? Believe me?I know prices are raising ineverything literally everywhere so it?s not that I mind paying, however to plain out say people have questioned it and still nothave any type of notification up is a bit much. Either put the notice up or honor what your menu says?plain and simple. Iliterally drove up the road to the Waxahachie location since my husband called and also wanted his normal meal, I purchased hisand asked about price changes and they advised there have been no price increases on their menu?s Read more

I ADVISE THAT YOU STEER CLEAR OF WORKING AT THIS LOCATION!!! I worked at this location for 2 pay periods in May 2022, and did... not receive a paycheck. The owner was not paying his employees properly, so I stood up to him and explained that it was illegalnot to pay the employees properly. The hourly employees were working 50+ hours a week and were not given their over time. Theywere only paid for 40 hours a week. When my first check failed to show up in my bank account, I verified all of my informationwas correct and showed proof that I never received the deposit. I trusted the owner to correct this by the second pay period.When that day came, everyone was paid except me. I reached back out to the owner and expressed frustration, he claimed that Iwas lying because I wanted double checks and demanded that I call him and three way call my bank (which would require me toverify my personal private information with him on the line listening). When I denied that, he just left it at that. I told himI was not going to return until I was paid properly. Needless to say, I never returned. I submitted a claim with TexasWorkforce Commission, and he told them that he had no idea that the first check was returned and that the second check was sentas a partial payment (which was a lie. It was my wife?s paycheck from her time working there). Once I was able to provide proofincluding paystubs and screenshots of messages sent back and forth, he was finally told that he needed to pay me. It is now 4months later and I finally received payment. It wasn?t the amount that I was worried about. It?s the fact that he thinks thathe can get away with not paying people because he owns the franchise. If I were you, I?d steer clear of working for this man. Read more

We ordered the Pick Two with the two orders the same items but customized differently. The Turkey bacon club sandwiches and the... BBQ chicken and Jalapeno Flatbreads. First, we ordered one of the sandwiches without any of the cheese due to dairyrestrictions and all of the cheeses were on both pizzas. If I hadn't driven for 20 minutes to get home, I would've returnedit. The other pizza was suppose to be without the jalapeños and onions but had both on them. They made the same pizza andjust cut it in half so that both were wrong. Needless to say, my wife didn't eat much and neither did I. We will not bereturning and it's a shame because Schlotzsky's is my favorite Sandwich restaurant. The floor was filthy and he wasshort-handed in staff. Looked like the owner and his mother and one more person. I came into the attire and had to wait for awhile before being helped. More people came in after me and they were tired of waiting so they started ordering online. Verydisappointed. Read more

I placed an online or at 1:15. My order said it would be ready for pickup around 1:30. We get there and our order had not been... made. The facility was out of basically everything we ordered. Turkey was out, chips of choice were out, Lobby was a mess. Ourorder took an extra 40 minutes to make. No one apologized for our wait. They got our order wrong so we had to go back. Worstcustomer service ever. We will sadly not be returning to Midlothian Schlotzsky?s anytime soon. No way to run a business. Read more

Nice people terrible service. I ordered a meal and the man insisted it didn?t come with drinks or chips. I told him I wanted the... meal and he kept telling the meal was different which I was fine with. Then we asked for two drinks and he said we only orderedone EVEN THOUGH he charged us for two. Lastly we ordered a flatbread and they gave us a pizza. So? if you want to order foodwithout know what your going to get or not get this is the place to be! The drink machine was also broken and we weren?t toldthat when ordering so we had very hot sweet tea because there was no ice. Read more

Went to grab dinner here, as soon as I pull up laughing and unprofessional behavior on the speaker while trying to order, I then... wait 20 min in line to get my food. Then I get home to find both of my sandwiches are wrong. I only ordered 2 and somehow endedup with 3 sandwiches in the bag for the price of 2. I?m highly allergic to mustard, I requested no mustard. Mustard was on allsandwiches and the order wasn?t even mine. I then call 4 times to inform them of the mistake and no answer. Highly recommendtaking your money elsewhere. Read more

Rude employees plus they got my order was wrong and it looked messy. I had to pay an extra $2 to add chicken that was cold to my... pizza. I have order the same thing many times before without any issues. Read more

I had the Calzone and a turkey sandwich. The Calzone was fabulous! Hot deli meats, plenty of cheese, and a buttery crust. This... place was a delicacy when I was a kid..and it's still true today. Good work! Read more
