8:45pm.. Thursday. No crispy chicken. No fries. They served me mushy breaded regular chicken. The employees have no integrity.
When I pulled up the drive thru employee asked how can he can help. I asked if they had the Mac n cheese bowls it's not updated... on their menu. The employee asked me what kind of drink. I told him no drink. I pull up to the window and he greets me withthe total for 2 Mac n cheese combos as he tried handing me a bag of 2 bowls with fries. I told him I just wanted the bowls andhe said their location only does combos. He didn't ask me if I wanted any sides, he didn't ask if I wanted the combo. When Iasked if he had the bowls, he just assumed I was ordering the combos with fries. I will not be going to this location again. Thus location needs a better staff that understands communication. The employee was wearing a dress shirt so I assume he was themanager, what a terrible manager. Read more
Giving them 1 star is too much omg the service is horrible not to mention the food was ridiculous you people really need to do... an over all review. Just terrible. Read more

My chicken little was hard as a Rock !!! NOt only that inside was so dirty all tables & floor was filthy. Ohh wait bathroom had... pieces of weed on top of the hand dryer. Never again . Read more
I am very sorry but this has to be the worst kfc on the south side! Last time the chicken was dry and this time the chicken was... undercooked??? What is going at that establishment if i were the regional manager i would start over with the poor quality ofworkers they have there! Im done with this kfc i thought i would give them a chance again but forget it popeyes is right infront of your establishment i rather spend my money there! Read more

If you don?t want to work don?t seriously the most miserable people with the longest hair to their knees. I ordered a small 3 pc... and the girls made me feel like the dumbest person alive. For no reason !!!! I?m sorry for whatever you?re going through but badservice won?t help it. Read more
