The food is good but I went to pick up an order at 5pm Tuesday (the place was not crowded at all) and after saying ?Hello? and... ?excuse me? a few times to the guy in the bar I realized that he had either dirty ears or ear problems bc I never got an answerback even though he was staring at me all the time while he was cleaning a glass, after I went to talk to the front desk hestared to call me. Everything about Arturos was amazing. Complimentary appetizers were delicious. Fra Diablo mussels were amazing, Main course was... unbelievable and without a doubt the best I ever had. The homemade cheese cake made on the premises was also the best I everhad. If I could give more then 5 stars as a rating I would. The staff was amazing and great. Will definitely be back. Read more

Authentic Italian cuisine! The seafood and pasta were fresh. To top it off, we had a trio gelato dessert, we chose (vanilla,... pistachio blueberry and toasted coconut caramel) all made on the premises! Absolutely terrible service. We walked in and commented that the room would be great for an upcoming party we're planning. After... waiting to place our order for nearly 30 minutes, I placed my order and asked to substitute the pasta for whole wheat pasta.This would have been a great time for the waitress to inform us there was a $12 UPCHARGE. I thought my eyes had failed me when Isaw it on the bill. The menu doesn't say there is a replacement charge. The waitress didn't disclose it. It's clearly the policyto just sneak it in. Then she had the nerve to suggest she had told me!!! I said if she had, I (and any sane person) never wouldhave ordered it. No apology, no correction, no return visit, no party. Amazing how much failing to be honest can costyou. Note: 3 weeks later amd they STILL HAVE NOT refunded my money as promised. Read more
You can never understand how consistently good this restaurant is and has been for decades unless you go there. Just go! Get in... your beautiful car and take a ride down to Midland Park, a very sweet, quiet little village. I wish I could go there tonightbut I?m in Alabama 20 miles from the nearest restaurant taking care of my farm and goats, 2 of which have been named after theowners Arturo and Nicolina. True! Arturos never skimps on food quality, service or entertainment! Every dish is simple andauthentically delicious! The way it?s done in Italy! If the piano player is off, you will have Harry or Miguel at the bar ofbars or the many wonderful regulars who frequent the place to exchange niceties! Enjoy the warm welcome they offer, eleganceand culture they have created as well as exquisite decor, world class dishes and finest ingredients they serve. The staff isattentive, upbeat and friendly. This family restaurant is my favorite restaurant in the world because they know what they aredoing, their standards are extremely high and they make my family feel apart of their family every single time without fail.
