By far the worst whataburger ever eaten at. Stood at counter more than ten minutes watching employees walking around talking on... cell phones, to other employees even a manager walked to front saw me and walked away. To be honest the health department needsto pay this location a visit drinking in food service areas, talking on phones not washing hands or changing gloves, touchingtheir masks and resume cooking, flies everywhere in dining area. So to some up will not be coming back here and you areconcerned for your health skip this location. Read more
Go to a different Whataburger. Ordered from their app. Got my food delivered. The fries were stale. They put jalapeños on... my taquitos which I didn?t order and can?t eat. They didn?t send all of the sauce I ordered. Called and spoke to the managerthat offered to remake my order and I could pick it up. If I could have picked up my order to begin with I would have. Just goto a different Whataburger. Read more
Had a simple order for 6 people... recieved the order... or just half of it... got the wrong kids meal and no cookie. 3 of the... meals were just burgers and were made completely wrong including a bun with just ketchup and nothing else. Unsweet tea... no bbqsause... Called to let them know my order was wrong and i was put on hold for 10 minutes then they hung up on me. Read more
I ordered an avocado burger, that had more onions in it than anything else. I also had to use the bathroom, but once in there I... quickly changed my mind because of how filthy it was. This is definitely not going to be on my top favorite ???? of places to goand eat. Worst Whataburger ever visited. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Almost no fries in the carton. Bun was not at all... toasted. Poorly wrapped and completely fell apart in the bag before I could get it out. And the meat and cheese and cold and noteven close to being melted. Read more
Worst Place I have ever been for a burger! Management doesn?t care female manager showing here 1/2 naked selfies with employees,... male manager that shift changed 330/4pm was bad mouthing & laughing about employees that were working the floor. Ordered at3:20pm didn?t get food for 35-40 minutes as other who ordered behind us got their food first. No one cares until I had to make ascene an asked why we did not get served! Several employees not even doing anything . It?s a small store but not any reason tolook over anyone who?s paying for service! Very sad operation that they are allowing to run! Check your order. I was the 2nd car in line. Took 25 mins to get my order. The car in front of me only received 2 bags of food... and the diner was empty. But point being - when I?d got my order it was wrong except the drink. The shake I paid for a Largeand it was ?maybe? 3/4 full? I order them a lot for the family so I?m used to knowing they fill them close to the top. But Notthis location. Food was fine, but the efficiency and quality of service is a little below typical whataburger locations. Read more
Waited 30 min in drive with only 3 vehicles in front of us only to receive cold food. Fries cold & rock hard. Both burgers made... incorrect. No cookie with kids meal. Drink machine clearly tastes out and they still gave us drinks. Totally ridiculous wouldhave taken it all back but have a two week old baby with us that needed to go eat as well.
