The dining area usually has dirty tables. The drink station is the worst. Floor is super sticky from soda spills and seems like... yesterdays spills as thick as it is... Pick up the rug and mop people! I'm there like 3 times a week , dine in and drive thru.Only problem is the the dining room and all the nasty flies... Customer service is amazing though!!! Read more

Was going home the inside was closed the night manager was outside smoking with 4 guys they were not busy no customers so I... decided to get something to eat since I was on foot my husband was in a wheelchair It was 10:30pm I walked up to them and ask ifwe could order something threw drive threw I explain our car was broke at the moment and we were hungry she automatically saidno you need a ride and I mention that my husband wheel chair was a ride she then replied if he can make the bell ring then yalcan order then she busted out laughing I told my husband go make the bell ring I felt bad and felt sorry for him I told himnever mind let's just go and she just busted out laughing a car behind us asked if we were in line I told her know go ahead themanager told him he had to make the bell ring then the other car said tell him to get in line I'll make the bell ring I thankedthem and said know it's ok I have never been so upset that there is ride people on this world.i know I won't ever go back toWendy's...I just wish I would have caught the manager name but I will and turn her in . Was at the drive thru tonight approximately 10:30, they were taking way to much time. Only 2 vehicles ahead of mine. A customer... ahead of me was waiting to place his order and there was a long delay before the order taker got his order. The customer pull upthen I did also. There was a long delay before my order was taken. A guy finally comes over the intercom and ask me have myorder been taken. I said no, he got my order and I pulled up and paid. I advance to the pick up window and I see employeesappear to be arguing. I sat there about 7minutes waiting on my order. I knocked on the window and Kaitlynn(Caitlyn) came to thewindow and I asked for a refund because they were taking way too long. She slammed the window closed and walked off. She need tobe fired for being so rude and unprofessional. Horrible service at night. Read more
