Good burgers and quality time for there service quick and ready on carry out over one of the better burger deals I'd say
It's been 2 years since I've been to KD's. The food is still excellent. The meats are very flavorful and very lean, a high... quality product. The cobbler is still delicious whether you like peach or cherry. On a side note the potato salad is not thesame. It does not have a richer hearty flavor it's rather sour. The beans are good. I know prices are going up but it seemed abit high. Both me and my son we got two slices of brisket one scoop of sausage a small container of cobbler and the total cameout to be over $50. We did not get drinks in this price. This was just a bit higher than I expected. It used to be the meal thissize would have cost about 30 to $35. But on a good note the staff is very friendly the service is very prompt and polite andthe restaurant is very clean. Good job and be proud of the food you serve. Burgers and steaks are always really good here along with baked potatoes. Wish they had bigger bags of chips and better options.... Cut off delivery 30 min before close but is not posted anywhere on there app that that is a policy went through the hole process... of ordering just to be told no delivery's. Nothing to write home about but I got steak tips with a loaded potatoe and salad. Steak was ok...I had better from Walmart I... cooked myself with only salt and pepper. My loaded potatoe was not loaded....everything was given to me on the side ...guessyou have to dress it up yourself but for 25.00 ....yea ok. I only ate the salad because I paid 25.00. I hate to see all these negative reviews because this place has never disappointed me in the 5 years I?ve been a customer. I?ve... ordered several things from their menu, using both delivery and pickup, and have always been very pleased. I?ve been on asirloin salad kick here lately and I get 2 meals out of it. I cut the steak tips up into finer pieces and boom, 2 whole steaksalads for $11. You cannot beat that! As far as the customer service goes - I think people tend to get turned off to a placewhen an employee doesn?t show an unrealistic amount of enthusiasm, but these guys are still cooking, cleaning, running drivethru, taking to go orders, etc etc.. My friend picked up our order. It was two dollars more per meal without any pre notification. Then when she got it hime to us... one of the meals had no baked potato. We called as we were ready to eat. They told her that they could not deliver it to us eventhough they have delivery services. So she drove over to the store again. They were not apologetic just handed the ootato toher. No compensation of any kind for the inconvenience. re has not only lost one customer, but three. Read more
Ordered take out and for the first time it was really tough. The shrimp were great but steak was hard to cut. Very disappointed.
