Reviews for Texas Roadhouse in Midland, TX
I came in, sat at the bar, and was greeted by this friendly bartender "Courtney". Great service, smile, and easy on the eyes,... made sure I had everything I needed so I could enjoy my meal. I was raised on a cattle ranch, so steak is and will always be myfavorite, the ribeye cut in particular. When i say they made my day with a perfectly cooked med steak... I throughly enjoyedevery bit of the steak down to the explosion of flavor the fat gives you when ever so slightly seasoned with salt... mygrandfather would be proud. Paired with a baked potato and makers mark old fashion and stick a fork in me I was done. Read more
My wife loves this place so this is where we had her birthday dinner. Our waitress was extremely rude when she forgot our food,... three people in our party ordered medium rare and they got well done steaks, when recooked steaks came it was so late they hadto take them too go. Waitress brings us plates and forks for birthday cake 20 minutes later we asked for the cake again and shesays this is the first time she's heard of cake she said she didn't know we had a cake after bringing us plates and forks forthe cake, several people in our party left without having any cake the waitress and staff didn't offer to acknowledge my wifefor her birthday but we heard several other people acknowledged for their birthdays and management could care less as long asthey had our money. We are very very very disappointed. We did not feel welcomed at all. Read more
My husband and I went to Texas Roadhouse for our anniversary. We were looking forward to some delicious medium rare steaks,... because Texas Roadhouse is one of our favorite steakhouses. Unfortunately it wasn't the case. Our waitress was very friendly andtook both our steaks back to be re-cooked. She also informed us that there were already four other steaks waiting for re-cooksso it may take a little bit. When the manager brought them out to us he wasn't very friendly, and the steaks were more well donethan they were the first time. ???? We got a very simple oh "well I'm sorry" from the waitress and we were charged more thanI've ever paid at Texas Roadhouse in my life for the same meal I've always gotten. This was a very disappointing experience. Thesteaks didn't taste very good and the service wasn't amazing. This was one of our favorite restaurants and now I'm not soinclined to go back anytime soon. Not a great anniversary meal for us. ???? Read more
Nikki was my waitress and she absolutely rocked it. By far she was the best waitress I've ever had at a roadhouse. She was very... knowledgeable and helpful while ordering and just overall was amazing at her job. I will be back and will definitely be sittingin her section again. Thank you Mrs Nikki for taking care of me on my birthday. Read more
The place was pretty busy like always. Our waiter actually forgot about us for a little bit, but she made it up by being... extremely attentive thereafter. The steak was great and the rolls are always irresistible. The tater skins were a bit cold, sothat was slightly disappointing, but I was able to use some of the Chili to warm it back up. Read more

It was alright. The rolls were great, the food took quite sometime to get there as this place is always super busy. I ate the... roadkill. In my opinion it had too many mushrooms. The fries were good and the Caesar salad was good as well. Read more
