Cockroach in the mashed potatoes! Absolutely unbelievable! If I hadn?t seen it with my own eyes I probably wouldn?t believe it.... How can this happen! And to make matters worse, I had already taken a couple of bites before I saw it. I will be pursuing thismatter tomorrow morning with the health department. Make a report or something, however they want to handle it. Sorry if I madeanyone sick from reading this review, but I had to warn others. Needless to say, no I will not be returning to this location orprobably any others locally since I think they are all owned by the same people. My bad experience happened at the location onMidland Drive, drive-through pick up. In all fairness, my order consisted of the KFC side of this place, but I?m pretty sure ifthere?s a cockroach in the mashed potatoes there could be a cockroach in the Taco Bell stuff as well since everything is cookedin the same kitchen. The food was "ok". Could've been a bit more fresh. The restroom? It was very nasty and unclean. Pieces of chicken on the floor... and smeared on the trashcan. There were used latex gloves on the sink and in the floor. Completely unacceptable. Read more
Literally THE laziest workers ever. We had come craving tacos, the woman at the drive through told us they had a thirty minute... wait on Taco Bell food. We were willing to wait and proceeded to order. She told us again and we expressed that we were willingto wait. She then proceeded to tell us they just weren?t taking Taco Bell orders entirely.
