Just always behind! Staff do not care about service. If you want to wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee- go here! RUDE guy with... the beard at the pick up- yelled at me for parking funny. There was no parking anywhere so I?m from San Francisco?s that?s howwe park in the city! He should focus on getting up to speed on his work vs the customer?s parking. I love this Starbucks, the mold tastes great.
This is the newest build location in Midland. It is very nicely done inside and out. The only problem that I have is with... parking. They def needed to have way more space for the drive thru and more parking in general. Other than that I would havegiven 5 stars as they always make my coffee correctly and are friendly when I visit. Lady was rude didn't ask more questions had to order again of what she forgot. Acted like she was ready to leave or didn't won't... to be there. Horrible experience. Clean bathrooms & dining room.pretty fast service for my order .Won't return to this Starbucksbut I'll go to another Starbucks. 2* for clean place & fast service. This place is one beautiful Starbucks! It very clean and staff is wonderful. I bought a drink I saw somewhere and wanted to try... it, so I showed it to Mia who was taking my order and she knew exactly what it was asking for. I also bought a VIA instant thatI wanted to try but I realized I grabbed the decaf after I purchased it. So I went back to her to see if we could switch it outand she took care of it all. Its the first Starbucks on this side of Midland. One of the most busiest highways every weekday morning, yes the line will be... slow. I'm honestly surprised it took this long to put one out here. They did great on my order my lunch sandwich tasted great,oatmeal was good and my chai tea latte was good. The staff was very friendly all throughout. Read more
What's the point of setting your closing time as 10:30 if you are gonna close at 8:30. I went last night got un the drive... through and I was not the only car there and they told everyone they were closed on Google it says 10:30 and so does theStarbucks app. Yall should either update it or hire people that won't shut the store early when there is at least 10 carswaiting Read more
