I go to this Starbucks out of convenience because it?s the closest location to my house. I?ve been about 5-6 times every time... I?ve gone, I?ve waited in line for 45 minutes - an hour. The first couple times I came, their lobby was closed so it?s not likethey were slammed inside and out. I thought maybe it was an off day for them so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and keptcoming. But it?s every time? maybe they?re understaffed. I don?t know. The wait time in quite ridiculous. Update: I was able resolve my issue by visiting the link provided below. Starbucks customer service reported the issue to... store management and refunded me my purchase amount. Hopefully this store finds a way to better represent the Starbucksbrand. Only order drive-thru here. This location always has issues ordering inside or mobile pickup. They don?t seem to valueyour time. This recent trip we ordered via app. The manager said they were 45 minutes behind on drinks! How is that evenpossible!? Needless to say, we just left. How in the world I see more then 2 stars on any review is baffling. And if I could I?d leave 5 stars for the employees I would.... But this place is ran terrible. I have never seen a business that stayed open ran as carelessly as this place. Sometimes open,sometimes not, can?t go in, no flavors left, no ingredients, no help, no,no,no,no. I will say I have never had an issue with anactual employee, they are always great. But who ever runs this place needs replaced immediately if not sooner. Read more

I usually don't leave bad comments, but this location needs some help. The several last times I have been to this location I... have not been impressed. Actually very upset. Twice my order was wrong and the lady argued with me on what I ordered. The lasttime I sat at the window for around 30 min. As the employees are arguing my order was sitting right by the window. This timeeverything my son tried to order they were out of. I spend to much money here and the coffee cost to much for this kind ofservice. I think I will be taking my business else where. Read more
