The food was okay, but y'all SERIOUSLY need to do something about your car hop Javen. She was SO rude for no reason. Immediately... caught an attitude when I was ordering (I didn't even get to finish my order). Then she smacked my window as soon as she walkedup to the car and mean mugged me the whole time she was handing me food. Then walked away as I was asking for ranch. When shecame back, she THREW IT AT ME and refused to get a manager. I've never had someone treat me this way, even as a previous fastfood worker myself. Too bad I can't get my 20% tip back. Read more
Ordered Mozzarella Sticks & Fries with ranch from here Tuesday night. Within a few hours I became really sick & have been... dealing with food poisoning ever since. Young man taking our order kept turning mike off and on, interrupting and making it difficult to give the order. I asked if he... heard me, he ignored the question and ended the order after I had only said 1 food in the order. I tried repeatidly to get himback on the line. The guy next to us buzzed in 2 times as we sat there trying to get help. The worker clearly did not want totake our order. I have never been treated so bad in my life. We will never go back to this Sonic. Sad, since I write reviews forevery place we visit or eat at in Texas and any other state we may visit. Read more
