Usually have a good experience here until tonight. Ordered food in the drive through and proceeded to the pick up window and... noticed a bag that what appeared to be my order fall on the floor. I thought surely he would fix this and replace the items thatfell. To my suprise I opened the bag and salsa and cheese everywhere. Tried to call the restaurant and was transferred tovoice-mail. My wife ordered a taco plate- tacos were meat & lettuce- no tomatoes, nor cheese.. I opened my beef fajitas nachos up to only 3... small pieces of fajita meat. Quick service is nice but if you?re going so fast that you can?t get the order right then you needslow down and pay better attention, and quit ripping people off. A couple of weeks ago I told my friend about this GREAT WFPB meal I put together at Rosa's. I got it to go and took a picture... of it in a container box. She was so impressed that we went there Wed. and ordered it as a plate to go which had largerportions. She was won over! She's been telling her family and friends about it. I recommend this meal for not only WHOLE FOOD,PLANT BASE Meal lovers, but anyone who can appreciate a very economical, fresh, delicious NO MEAT meal. Ask for a TO GO plate(dinner) with black beans (or refried beans), rice, lettuce & tomatoes salad, scoop(s) of guacamole. Really good, fresh, plentiful. Order at counter and get food when number is called. Salsa bar includes jalapenos whole and... sliced. Clean seating eating area and quick service. Handmade fresh tortillas with every order. Read more
It was a joy to visit Rosa's! My family has been going to Rosa's for decades! It was a favorite there in several locations there... in Midland! I met with my brother I haven't seen since 2004 I believe... it was like stepping back in time. The food still thesame. The locations here in Killeen are great, just something about home I guess. First and last time here. You order and pay when you get in. When we sat down I noticed a few tables near us that needed... attention. When we got our food the order was wrong. Whole time there we never saw anyone clear any tables. So when we were doneI walked around and counted 20 tables that had dirty plates on them. It was 3pm so not sure if this is normal but it shouldn'tbe. Makes you wonder if that's what you can see, how is it were you can't see.. like the kitchen... Read more
I wouldn?t say this place has authentic Mexican food but they do a great job trying. Plus those who don?t know what authentic... Mexican food taste like would love this place for its simplistic way of making ?Mexican? food. It is a fast food restaurantbecause they are QUICK when it comes to serving weather it be drive thru call in or walk in they are fast. The foods not all badthough like I said it?s simple easy fast dishes, again understandable fast food Mexican restaurant and all. I prefer beef fajitanachos you have to ask for extra meat because they don?t put a whole lot of meat in their food. Well when it comes to fajitas(beef or chicken) I know they are not generous on the amount of meat they put. Also one last thing even before inflation thisplace was way over priced it?s expensive for a fast food restaurant. But that?s a Bobby Cox company for you.
