Walked in for a carry out, stood 20 minutes,employees looked at me, but never asked to help me, place was dirty, I finally had... to yell above the noise and ask to be helped, the lady that helped me was very dirty, and not very friendly. When I got mypizza, it was sloppy, and greasy, did not taste at all like a papa John's pizza. Very disappointed. Read more

If I could leave a -100 I would, I have NEVER left a review on ANY company because I normally always brush things over but this... review is worth every word I?m typing! Worst service ever! Workers are nice as pie but from the owners all the way to the onelady who delivers pizza with the very low cut is very RUDE!! She always has an attitude as if customers are bothering her ,can?t name one time she hasn?t had a attitude or very sarcastic! If you don?t want to be bothered or don?t like your job pleasequit. The Owner and his son did a Great Job on customer service and please a customer. They went beyond customer service they were... friendly and fast getting my order ???? and because a call in order wasn't pick up they offered it to me? I was puzzle at firstbut I gladly excepted the kind gester!! The Pizza I ordered and the other pizzas were Great!! Keep up the great work!! By theway that was my family and I first time eating Papa Johns. We will be back when we're in the area. Great work Team. Read more
Worst customer service ever. the worker Cody needs to be fired. Called me back to argue about a pizza delivery that said was out... for delivery for over 35 min. I drove to the store in less than five minutes guy had already voided the order wasn?t wearing hisuniform or any work attire. Worst place I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
The pizza has changed tremendously!! It is sooo good. Like it tastes like a new york pizza it's that good! I was nervous at... first to order from papa johns but overall so happy I did!! Will 100% order from them again and from the rankin one too. Thelady who delivered to us was soo sweet as well. Highly recommend! Read more
Employees are not at all helpful. Act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. Inquiries regarding available... specials are ignored, answered in a mumble, and/or you are told they are only available online. Better than $40.00 for 2 mediumpizzas ...I don't care how they taste, I will never return to this or any other Papa John's...and I will advise ANYONE who asksto adopt the same policy. Read more
