I went through the drive through today at 12:32pm and ordered a 1/2 grilled cheese and a side of Mac and cheese. I was told to... pull up to the front for my food. I finally went inside to see what was going on at 12:54 and the woman at the front I assumedthe manager was there. I asked her about my food and she went to the back to check. She then came out and asked me exactly whatI ordered so I told her and when she came back with my food you could tell it was freshly made which I appreciate but my orderclearly had been forgotten or given away. I didn?t end up even eating it because I did t have time to since I only had 30 minsfor lunch from my job and spent 20 of them just trying to get what I ordered. When I was leaving she seemed annoyed I even askedfor what I paid for. $18 spent for nothing but in the trash. Read more
The French-onion soup is absolutely delicious, in theory; so one extra star for that. Unfortunately, nothing that was supposed... to come with the soup ? the cheese and the croutons/bread ? was included. I ordered the group size, and none of us have anythingexcept the soup base. That's not even "French-onion soup" any more; that's just onion-water! (These aren't even sides, either:they're always supposed to be included with this soup.) Speaking of sides: I wonder if ordering the "group"-size entree stillmeans you only get one side ? because that's all we got. Last time, we EACH received a side with the group-order size. I don'tknow if this was just another error or a new policy or what, but it's almost as disappointing as cheeseless French-onionsoup. So... I made a twenty-minute drive to get, essentially, one-third of the order. Should have checked it at the store, Iguess, but for the price I sort of assumed the service would be a bit better than McDonald's. Read more
First and last time going to this overpriced bland mental asylum that pose as a restaurant. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodles... soup and a frozen strawberry lemonade. I got charged over $13 for what appears to be a can of Progresso chicken noodle soup. Thestrawberry lemonade was awful, it wasn't sweet at all and I threw it in the trash. I took one bite of the baguette and threw itin the trash, it tasted like you're chewing tire rubber. Definite waste of money going here. Read more
Was pretty excited to get some soup after seeing how delicious they looked on the online menu, but was so disappointed when... received. They were out of bread, out of all soups except chicken noodle, and everything was lukewarm. After purchasing 2 soupbowls and a small Mac and cheese, no drinks, total came out to almost 30$. i went here a few weeks ago and the register guy acted like he didn?t want to be there and i felt kind of uncomfortable because... he didn?t even say thank you/you?re welcome or give basic customer service. he just looked so done i don?t know if he was havinga bad day but it still was an unpleasant experience! i?m also a bit disappointed because they would usually put a lot of cheeseon the grilled cheese but when i got my order they put a little bit of cheese. I met the Crew today. Such an Awesome Guest Experience today! They make my day every visit! I love the Unlimited SIP Membership... too! My favorite so far is the Sausage Flatbread Pizza, the Broccoli Cheddar Mac & Cheese and the Madagascar Vanilla Cold Brew!Well, that Strawberry Banana Smoothie is a zinger too! Out of bread bowls! Myself, one kids Mac N Cheese, chicken noodle soup, full sandwich, and one half, 4 drinks 2 cookies $53... after tax. The BLT was so gross and recommended, bacon was not really cooked fresh. The chicken noodle soup tasted and lookedcaned. I'd expect better. So disappointed, I will never return to another Panera.
