The noodles were dry as was the teriyaki chicken, the shrimp was very chewy and there was maybe two little pieces of walnut.... They were out of crab Rangoon and the honey sesame chicken which was originally what I wanted. Panda Express continues todisappoint. Just left there, after waiting for a round of Chicken to be grilled, the line cook comes in from being outside, passes the... overflowing garbage can, pushes it down with his bare hands, wipes his hands on the back of his pants, bypasses the washingstation and proceeds to start flipping the chicken on the grill, no gloves I might add. I see the GM and try to get herattention which we make direct eye contact but she proceeds to keep walking, I bring my octave level up and say " Excuse me Maam, a moment of your time". we go off to the side and I explain what I had just witnessed, after telling me she will correct thesituation she proceeds to tell me that she finds it very rude to be shouted at. I then explained to her that if that's all shereceived out of the exchange that she can take a "Woke" stance if she so wishes but correct the problem! Consumer beware! TheStaff is not properly trained and I question how many actually have food handlers certificates. You're better off gettingChinese cuisine elsewhere. Read more
Everything we ordered, they were, supposedly, out of. They were rude, as well, like they were upset that they had to work. I... ordered my fav, egg rolls, but they were so dry and lacked flavor. Why is this panda so awful? We?ve come here one to many times just to be disappointed again. The food portions are horrible I... felt you get small portions for your money. The food taste awful my shrimp wasn?t fresh all the breading was off. My rice washard. The customer service was horrible. But the worse part of this all is after reading the other reviews I understand why thisplace is so bad because nobody cares. Not one manager/ corporate has replied to try and resolve any of the issues your payingcustomers have. Without us there would be no you!! This is very sad ???? but thank God we have so many delicious places to eatthen here. Customer service holds no value anymore and that?s a shame. Read more
Wanted to order Beijing Beef in the drive through but was told it would take about 15-20 minutes to make so I ordered something... else . Got my order all the way home and the noodles had mold in them. I Took it right back to a gal that wasn't very friendlyand she replaced our food. When I got home again the chicken was pink and undercooked. ???? I was all around underwhelmed bythe experience especially for the cost. I wish this wasn't the only Panda in Midland. Do yourself a favor save your money andtry one of the local Asian restaurants around here. Read more
Just want to give everyone a heads up that the review for this Panda Express location is going very harsh but very honest.... Several days prior to coming in from tonight we had payed this same location a visit! My wife and I walked in, got in line andnoticed right away that 3/4 of the food were missing or just completely out and this was at roughly 6 in the evening.. Theydidn't have anything but Chow Mien going on the wok so I asked politely if anything else was going to be done and they onlyanswer was " our grill is broken!!" Well, most items are done in the Wok and very few items are done on the grill, so why wouldyou just outright lie?! Tonight we went back and found that the grill is still broken and items are still not being made. Also,the quality of the food is so below substandard that it just shouldn't be served!! The cleanliness of the kitchen ( Wok andGrill ) area were beyond the realms of dirty... When it came to my order I just had to stop eating it and give up because Ifound the black pepper chicken overwhelming with pepper and so many onions that I just couldn't find any chicken!! 4 stars only because while being empty there was a wait for at least 3 items... oh well Teriyaki Grilled Chicken always saves... the day! Overall good costumer service didn't get frowned upon when requesting extra sauces (Soy,Hot) so thumbs up forthat! Keep it up guys!! Food was fine. There is no service here, good or bad. The employees only say enough words to take your order. I asked if they... had greens because at the time the bowl was empty, she turned around to talk to the cooks - I didn?t hear the conversation -when she turned back to me she stuffed my plate with rice, guess that was a no.
