Quiet, lots of space, and super attentive servers. This best describes walking into On The Border Mexican Grill in Midland. The... drinks menu is huge, as well as the food menu. Lots of options for everyone. The menu is all over the place though, with noclear direction. It seems they have styled it after everything. Manager called to let me know the scummy GrubHub driver finally arrived almost two hours later, trying to pick up my order that... had been sitting out for an hour at this point. We arrived at about 5:00 pm on Friday evening the place was relatively empty. We got seated finally and about 10 minutes later... received our chips and salsa and placed our drink order 20 minutes later I finally ask our waiter about our drinks and hemumbled something about the manager not showing up and he quit on the spot so needless to say we paid for the chips and wentelsewhere. This place has such potential but I seems like management doesn’t care. We will not be back. So sad. Read more

Never again! Went in at 11:20 a.m for an early lunch. There was only one waitress taking care of the all the tables, seating... people, and making tortillas (without gloves). She was very polite, and did her best. The menus we were given dirty, and sowas the silverware. We waited almost thirty minutes for our food, and there were less than ten tables of people in the entireplace. They didn’t have what I ordered so I chose something else.
