Bad experience. We ordered a family meal here around 6pm. Four food orders and two pies. At the second window we were greeted... by an associate that did not speak English. That by itself is a non issue, but we ended up not receiving any drinks. Theassociate was trying to explain something about the not having apple pies but we did not fully understand. McDonald?s why placesomeone at the serving window who does not speak English???? Read more

I?m not one to complain but every single time I?ve gone here they?ve gotten my order wrong or forgotten something from my order.... Usually I?ll just look past it if it?s like once or twice but it?s happened far more than that and there?s been a few timeswe?re the employees have been rude while taking my order. I?d give zero stars if I could ???? On 3 separate occasions I orderedthe crispy chicken sandwich and added a second crispy chicken fillet and they forgot to put it on there even tho I had payedextra for it and a few times I?ve gotten the chicken nuggets and they asked what sauce I wanted and I said sweet and sour andthey put bbq sauce or no sauce at all. Update: Gave them a couple of years.. No improvement. Left a sandwich off the order, fries are old/stale, although the employee... that brought the incomplete order to our vehicle was nice.. still no increase in stars. They only get one star because I can'twrite a review with no stars. This morning, my fiancé and I attempted to order a late night/early morning snack to get the 40thanniversary Happy Meal toys. We placed our order on the app, and made our way to the "restaurant". Upon arriving, we noticedthat both drive thru lane signs said "Closed". After confirming on Google that this location is in fact 24 hours, we pulled upto the speaker. After a couple of minutes, a male voice explained that the restaurant was closed for twenty minutes and asked ifwe could come back later. I explained that we placed an online order and paid for it and so coming back wasn't really somethingwe were interested in doing. He said "Wait a minute" and promptly ignored us for ten. Finally, he came back and again said therestaurant was closed and we would have to come back. By now, I'll admit, my annoyance was showing. Also, another car had pulledin behind us. I once again explained the online order and he sighed, audibly, and told me to pull up to the second window. As Idid that, he was leaning out of the window and said that his system was down and so he couldn't even see what we had ordered. Ishowed him my phone with the order details and he said he'd be right back. Another ten minutes go by and he came back with twoHappy Meal boxes and declares that there are no toys so he gave us cookies. I explained that the whole reason we were there wasfor the toys. His response was that there was nothing he could do, he had no toys. Then, and I quote "you want make complaint, make complaint" at which point he slammed the window closed and locked it. No part of this interaction was acceptable. I don'tcare if it is McDonald's in Midland, the land of subpar customer service, this man w Read more

I?m so surprised at all the bad reviews for this location. I go completely out of my way to come to this one, just to avoid... having to go to the one on Andrews Hwy. The time it takes to get through the lines at this location are more than 3 times fasterthan there and my food is always way better here! Just about anywhere you go these days, you?re going to have to wait?.bank, gasstation, fast food, grocery store, ect. I feel like that should just be expected this day in age, and you should always quicklycheck ur bag before pulling away to make sure you?ve received everything! Drive through was extremely busy tonight, but lineswent quickly, food was fresh and employees were kind. Thank you! Job well done. Read more

Service was fast but my food was burnt. It was dry and the hash brown tasted....off? The people were friendly, though I feel... like McDonald's in general has become less and less "prestigious" among the fast food restaurants. Read more

Visited this location about 10pm for a quick late night snack since I was so busy today I hadn?t had anything to eat all day.... Got in line expecting cars to advance in a single lane till they could branch off to use the second lane as well. I had placedan on line order and expected the line to move right along. The line was a mile long. Boy was I wrong. The second lane wasclosed. I was stuck and the line was moving at a snails pace. When I finally did get to the first window everything stopped. Theonly employees I could see were talking to each other over a hand held computer. This went on for at least 10 minutes. Finally adifferent employee comes along and waves me on to the second window. I pull up and the employee seems to track down my order andabout 5 minutes later, my order appears. If I wanted to spend 45 minutes getting a pick up order I would get curbside from anactual restaurant and it would more than likely be ready when I got there. There was no fast to this fast food. I think they cando better. Whether it?s training, employee staffing, or whatever, I think they can do better. Read more

I asked for a McDouble with no bun and add tomatoes. Not once did I say, add all that lettuce or lettuce at all. The patty was... super cold. The only thing I got that was good, was my water in the cup. Smh Read more
