Absolutely worst place in Midland. Stood inline for 15 mins and finally had to leave. Employees walking around just staring up... at the ceiling. Ignoring the phone and letting it ring. No one helping the only cashier working. People behind me even left. Read more
This McAllister has really gone downhill, it used to be amazing coming here. Speedy service and close attention to detail.... Needless to say, staff has little to no communication among themselves. I had to come back to get my order remade; manager hadthe guts to re use the ingredients from the messed up food they had first given me. Without regards to my allergies, ended upgetting my money back with out a single apology. Save yourself the hassle. Read more

Salad was good southwest chicken & avocado! Atmosphere was good, not too busy for a Sunday afternoon. This was my second visit... in about a week and I got the same Sorry service from Leslie. No greeting, smile or Pleasant attitude. Seemed very unhappy andthought she was just having a bad day, however my second visit was worse. If she?s not happy with her job, perhaps she needs achange. Her customer service is lacking tremendously. Manager was accommodating and brought me my food and the extra avocado Iasked for. Other team members were pleasant and helpful, clean space. Will return however the first face their guests see isimportant and they should at least have a good attitude and nice to customers. At least make customers feel welcome and realizewe pay your wage. And prices are increasing so at least say thank you for buying my $13 salad! Read more
Worst service I have received at 4425 Wadley midland, TX. Had to ask for fork, napkins, crackers and spoon for my to go meal.... Look at my salad tell me if that even looks like a savannah chopped salad. Went back asked for cucumber and spring mix anddressing they are looking at me like I don?t know what I?m talking about. Said we don?t have any, would been nice to know priorto ordering makes no sense. Didn?t try to accommodate, not helpful at all won?t be returning don?t go. Read more
I ordered the club? half of the sandwich was missing. I received the bread on the missing half, 1 small slice of meat, but the... rotators, lettuce, etc, was not even there. Where was the second half??? Then part of the toothpick broke off on the ?better?half and was inside the sandwich. My husband ordered the sweet chipotle sandwich and found avocado in his, which was notsupposed to be there. It looked like they recycled the chicken from another sandwich and threw it in there. Needless to say wewaisted $48 on food we couldn?t even eat. It?s a sandwich? not rocket science. Read more
The food is always always delicious! I like that they do it fresh and make it amazing every time! I love the king club it is... like the mcalisters club but bigger and better! I get extra honey mustard on it as well gives it a little extra greatness! Thesalads and soups are always so fresh and delicious! Now there sweet tea is aaaamazing get a gallon to have for later and youwill be so happy! The desserts are also very good! Call ahead or order online whichever you prefer. I recommend the one onwadley rather then the one on rankin lot better service and they treat you so much better! Read more
It's a hit or miss, Sometimes it's amazing. Great tea, good food. Sometimes it's not so good. So I give 3 out 5 cause I haven't... had anything that bad happen yet to stop me from going back. Read more
