Wait time was expected for a busy Sunday, so no fault there. Starters came out quick and delicious. Their New York strip... (medium) was seasoned perfectly and their broccoli, although might be in the unhealthy category, was amazing as well. All inall: 4.8/5. Wish it had call ahead though. July 10th 2022. UPDATE: Ordered 6oz Filet, Medium. First time ?round, the cutappeared almost well done, sent it back and this new cut appeared to be a totally different cut. No matter, inside was nice andpink. Tasting it however, one word? GARLIC. The entire steak was almost smothered in garlic salt, powder and maybe a couplecloves? inedible. What saved the meal was the excellent customer service the serve presented to us. From my last visit, I came in with high expectations and an empty stomach which did not meet the quality of the food here. They were not detail oriented at all. My order was incorrect, which I told her immediately before she left the table. It took... probably another 15-20 min for them to bring me the correct food. Then we ordered dessert and they brought something out on onebig plate, not sure what that was about, she immediately took it away. And then our actual waiter brought out the correctdesserts. We were also sitting right by the doors, they lost several customers due to lack of customer service. Our dinner wasnot worth the money paid. Read more
It was our first visit to this restaurant, Saturday before Father's day. It's a nice atmosphere, Jeremy was very attentive as we... had some questions about the steaks. I was honestly surprised, I mean the tea was delish (raspberry) the steaks were justperfectly done as we ordered, and the sides were yummy. Only complaint, we didn't have space for dessert and it looks like theyserve this amazing chocolate cake with ice cream, we'll get it next time. Five stars!! Read more
Had the chicken friend steak and it was super over-burned and very slow service. Salads came before the tea and water, the... entree came before the appetizer. Had a bad experience back in 2018 and I guess we gave them another chance to disappoint us. Read more
Well after very poor service and food at the Salt Grass Steakhouse I decided to try Longhorn and so glad I did, I sat at a table... and received prompt and friendly service. My server Trenton I believe was his name was very welcoming and friendly, I orderedthe white cheddar stuffed mushrooms for my appetizer and then the Atlantic Salmon with baked sweet potato and fried brusselsprouts, I also had a blue moon beer. The mushrooms were tasty and so was the rest of my meal, the salmon was great not overcooked but nice and tender. Loved the baked sweet potato with butter and brown sugar, if you have never had it I definitelyrecommend it. My server didn?t smother me but checked and asked how everything was, offered me dessert and was exactly what aserver should be. I worked in the restaurant industry as a server and dining room manager and more places need people like himworking, great experience and will go here again before I head home to Colorado on Monday? We (family of 4) arrived here on 11/11 and got seated after being on the waiting list for about 10 minutes. The restaurant was... getting busy so we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. I ordered the 6oz steak with the shrimp, mashed potatoes andbroccoli but when my food arrived they forgot the shrimp. The shrimp then came out on a bed of rice, which I did not ask for.Furthermore the steak was not cooked medium well. I sent the steak back and it came out again and was not medium well. Thewaiter said she would have the manager come to talk to me, which would be the appropriate thing to do but the manager never cameto our table. She just comped us for the steak. This is a poor example of leadership and maybe your cooks need more experienceon how to prepare steaks the way the customers requests. I wanted to take a break from cooking and so we went out but I couldhave made better food at home. Lesson learned Read more
