First time ever visiting in the area and I have to say this is A MUST HAVE in Midland, Texas. Randomly found this place while... searching for birria while in Midland. OMG ????!!!!!! The service is amazing super friendly staff, food truck is appealing andthe food is finger licking gooooooooood! Let me just sum it up in one word. INCREDIBLE. I just ordered the Queso Birria tacos and I am really really blown away. I have... not had Mexican food this good in the area. Beans are 10/10 taste like my moms. Rice ???????? and the birria with consume isjust perfect! The salsas actually have flavor and spice not like every other Mexican restaurant and food truck in the area. Idefinitely recommend this place and the bonus, the owners are super friendly. Read more

Great customer service. Their food is so good. I give them a 5 star rating but most definitely a 10 out 10 if Im being honest.... We try and go eat every Sunday after work. We were looking for something to eat and we saw this place and stopped to check it out. The food was outstanding and it\'s owned... and run by a veteran and his wife. They are friendly and bilingual. We will be returning before we drive back to DFW. Read more
