It seems to be a common theme, I just waited over 35 mins for a simple popcorn chicken. I didn?t even get anything with it. ... Seemed like a simple order. Finally went back through the drive through. Had to honk to get someone to help me. I asked formy money back and now my order is ready when I just want my money and to leave . Called the Manager and from what I see she isthe problem. KFC if you want to stay in business you need to pay attention to these reviews and make some changes. I know I?llnever be back!! Read more
If there was a way to give negative stars I'd give it -100. I waited for 1hour and 30 minutes for cold food. Horrible management... and the worst place ever honestly. Used to be good in the past but wasn't better in the past. They made the disabled elderlywoman in front of me cry because they didn't want to give her the refund. I went in with everyone behind me wanting refundsbecause they were infuriated as well. I was late to work for nothing. Didn't even let me keep the drinks for waiting that longshe wanted to charge me for them. DRINKS. Whoever the frick is devontae was supposedly my cashier and once I tried to speak tothe manager she was rude as hell. Don't waste your time with this so called of a "fast food restaurant". This place is the worst place! There must not be management there and if there is, then they don?t care! We ordered a burrito... and soft taco and had to pull over to side and waited almost 30 minutes!! These employees aren?t even polite!! Idk how thisstore is still in business! I waiting for over 1 hour to get my order which was never accomplished. I went through the drive thru to pick up my online order... due to having sick children in the car, the man told me to park, as I did. They started to bring out everyone's order and whenthe lady manager brought out the order to the car beside me, I rolled down my window to try and get her attention by yelling"excuse me", she then looked at me, rolled her eyes and then walked inside the store. I then waiting for longer and no onebrought out my order. I had to end up leaving have an hour and like 15 minutes of waiting because my sick 4 month old was cryinghysterically and my hungry 5 year old was frustrated along with myself. I had the worst experience and am definitely leaving adetailed and horrible review. I still never received my order and therefore disputing my charge. Read more
100% don?t recommend going here!! Waited an hour and a half on order to be complete. Asked for refund but cashier didn?t know... how. We asked store manager and she started yelling. He came and asked if they could get me something else to replace but deniedsince I didn?t want to keep on waiting. After 30 min and no one at register they brought me items I was missing. If they knowthey?re messing up and falling behind they need to stop taking orders and dig themselves out of hole. Need better management andstructure. Food was decent, pretty good. First KFC location to actually give me the biscuits I ordered lol. The tea on the other hand?... Tastes like water. I ordered the breast and wing combo. Not only did they give me a different order, I also paid more than I should have. When I... tried to explain to the employee, she offered me extra cookies or mashed potatoes. I told her that I wanted what I ordered, andthe employee started talking to me harshly, loudy. She told me if I didn't understand her English, that what she gave me wasbetter, and that it was just a few extra dollars. How do I explain to someone with no manners, to pay for wing because I don'tlike the chicken leg, and I don't like to pay for something I don't order either?
