Was unfortunately disappointed. Had to wait and drive through for 5 minutes before I could even order, then waited at the window... for another 20 minutes. I ordered a simple three piece with dirty rice. With the three piece I got the smallest drumstick I everseen and two wings. Rice was undercooked chicken was overcooked never been disappointed here before. Guess I have to just stickto the six piece chicken tenders. And definitely dine in next time to make sure I check my order while it's on the platevisible. Read more
Very very very BAD!!!! I pulled up at 1145 with only 3 cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get my food. The cashier... said they had a large order they were filling. If that is the case they really need to let drive through customers know it willbe a long wait. If I would have known I would not have used my entire lunch waiting in line. Then the food they gave me wastiny. I ordered 4 pieces of tenders. I think I got 4 broken pieces. It was technically 4 pieces but it was not a single fullpiece in my box. Wrong order. So I repeated myself at the window to the gentleman who took my order to verify that he?d gotten everything right... because I didn?t see my order on the screen.
