Ordered in the evening for delivery, and I?m staying at a hotel literally 250 feet from the store. I should have ordered carry... out, but circumstances didn?t allow for it. I ordered a medium pizza and lava cakes. I?ve ordered Dominos in tons of locationsand a good friend of mine is a store manager for Domino?s in my hometown, so I know that a pizza takes about 7-8 minutes tocook. I was surprised that it took Eyan 25 minutes to prep the food and another 20 minutes to ?quality check? it after it wasdone cooking. Ultimately though the wait time wouldn?t normally have been outrageous if I hadn?t been within walking distance ofthe store (Google maps says it?s a 2 minute walk). When Matthew arrived with the pizza, he looked pretty clearly like he wasstoned, which also is not normally something I would care about (I?m from the Four Corners area of NM up by Colorado, so stoneddelivery drivers are not new to me) except; he didn?t give any plates, no utensils for the lava cakes, no napkins, no peppers.Just the boxes. I would have asked him for those things but he very clearly didn?t have them with him, so asking for them atthat point seemed a little moot at best. I?m not miserly, I tipped him $8 for the delivery (tipped when I placed the order). Ijust wish I could have gotten better service considering I tipped above average for an extraordinarily simple order. The pizzawas good enough, but I would not order from this Domino?s again for the reasons listed above, coupled with the fact that otherpeople have left complaints here and have received no response. Dominoes always impresses - they saw my order needed more sauce than I ordered, so they tossed some extra on for me, not to... mention an otherwise excellent and expedient order. Y?all are the best! Read more
