Service slow. Although our server tried and was supposed to be passing our complaints to the manager they never came to our... table. Food cold Part of our food served on Styrofoam plate and bowl. Didn't get everything we ordered. One dish with foodlooked unclean. Hair in a lemonade drink. We had recently eaten at a Cotton Patch in Lake Worth and everything was delicious andwell presented. We went here and Denis gave us the most amazing service ever. I could not have imagines a better dining experience. We tipped... over twice the bill and they were simply out of gravy and they comped us 30 dollars. The food was delicious at a great price.However we went again and this time Edward was our server. I'm not sure if he was trying to be rude or just bored or just didn'tlike us but out service was horrible. I ordered a coke but was served like cherry Dr pepper or something. Then I ordered thesamon and was given like grilled chicken or something. My boyfriends food came out cold. The server went and got the manager andshe comped our entire meal. We have been coming here periodically over the last ten years. Same good quality food as always BUT in much smaller portions.... Apparently, the pandemic took its toll. Same long lines at the most popular hours, but the staff got us to a table asap. Theyestimated 42 minute wait, but got to us in 20-30. It is probably better to go somewhere else during rush hours unless you havetime and money to burn. Read more
Take out. Ordered medium rare hamburger, it was well done crunchy. Fries tasted like a salt lick and soggy cold, i actually was... there early to pick up., not sure how long it had been sitting there. Then when I looked at my credit card, while doing mybills a week or so later, they charged my card for a tip that I did not authorize. Called the manager to let them know. at firstthey where rude, kinda like I was the one being dishonest or something, but I talked to another lady she was more professionaland took care of it. Service was slow on getting items we asked for. Lot of staff just standing around checking their phones, rubbing their hair,... touching face and then go to guest table. On meal very little gravy given on steak, mashed potatoes were hard and cold. Didn'tget that welcome feeling so most likely won't eat here again. Read more
