There is no good chicken place in Midland TX ordered the three piece. They said pick your pieces but was told we couldn't get... this or that. We were in a hurry & were in line between ordering & waiting it was almost 30 minutes. There was one car ahead of us. We... ordered 4 meals. 3 of the 4 orders were wrong & we were not given our drinks. When they did give them we only got 2 of the 4drinks we ordered. The girl at the window was hateful as I pointed out that our sides were wrong. It was an unpleasantexperience. Used to visit this location a lot during high school and always loved it, I was back in town and wondered if it was the same. It... is, service can take a bit long at times, but the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Food was still good too. Have been coming here about 2 times a month for quite a while now. Just found out they actually charge more when a debit/credit... card is used. When I got to window to pay and get my order, that's when I found out about the this. So, I canceled my order andleft, empty handed. This review is NOT about the food or the service, which has always been good. It's about either a badcompany policy or a bad agreement with the credit/debit card processing provider. Read more
We went the weekend of 6-25-22, and we dined inside the restaurant. We noticed there were a few tables occupied with patrons,... but it took about 20 minutes to get our food. We went again this weekend through the drive thru, and we were asked literally 6times to "hold", before placing our order. Apparently, staff was not able to take orders and check people out at the same time??We waited 15 minutes to place our order, a #1. When we got our order, they forgot to put a side we had ordered. This place is really good when your craving some chicken tenders fast, they have an option where you can fo half and half spicy... which is pretty cool when your in the mood for a little of both. The sides are really good too but I usually just always getfries. I get a biscuit instead of the roll and put a little of their delicious gravy on it. I like to dip the tenders and thefries in the gravy as well, it's so delicious, the staff was really nice at this location too and greeted me and made me feelwelcome! Read more
The chicken is great but the wait time in the drive through is excessive. We have been in line for at least 25 minutes and are... still waiting at the order window. There were about 5 cars in front of us. Read more
