Solid burger, good beef, very juicy, just wish it had a little more seasoning. They are pretty big for a smashed burger too.... Sweet potato fries are 10/10, best sweet potato fries I've had in Midland so far. Onion rings came well seasoned also. Staff wasvery nice. Dining area was very clean, pretty chill place. Mediocre......& Pricey! Burgers are overly seasoned with garlic which I wasn't too fond of and fries are plentiful but... shoestring which was a big let down and barely touched. Quality of food does not match the pricing. Read more
My wife and I used to love Blue Sky when we lived in Lubbock and this one is just as good! The burgers tasted great! The onion... rings were also really good! The chili cheese fries are huge if you get a large! Also the staff was so helpful and everythingcame out really quickly! I am so excited Blue Sky cane to Midland! Read more
Everything tasted exactly like the one in Lubbock. We love the taste of the food, and the staff was very friendly. There was a... line out at the door even when it had just opened. It took about 15 minutes to get in and place an order. They also offer glutenfree bread for hamburgers. Read more
