I couldn't get out of the car because we had a baby in the car, so I had my mother go in and order for me. I really didn't know... what the mangonada was, but the picture on the window looked good. She brought it out to me and it was disgusting!!! I wentback in while she stayed in the car this time. They wouldn't give me something different, so I just left it on the counter forthem to toss. Yes it is my fault for not knowing what I was getting, but they could have at least given me a little offsomething else. Money wasted! Read more
No one here knows how to work the cash register. Two girls are looking for the missing cordless phone that is ringing. The... person that served our ice creams is not the person at the cash register. The person at the cash register doesn?t know what weordered. I?m trying to describe it to him as my kids are already sitting down eating and my ice cream is melting down my arm. Got to basin Robbins at 8:55 right before closing and ordered 2 milkshakes. Stephanie the young lady at the drive-through said... that she had already sanitized the blenders which I understand it was right before closing. I told her my wife wasn?t feelingwell and if I was going home without a milkshake I would be in trouble so she accommodated me and made me 2 of the bestmilkshakes I?ve ever had. Good Job Read more

Clean establishment, open seating, and plenty of options. Pricing is still solid, and the ice cream is as good as always. They... had a huge range of flavors to choose from, though not many toppings. Can?t beat a classic banana split. Read more
