I purchased two yuccas with installation. There was a miscommunication and mediocre customer service. Long story short: after... speaking with the right person, they were professional and prompt. To make the situation right, they came out the next morningto install my yuccas. I appreciated that. Also, during install, Josh came out and walked me around my yard and gave advice onsome of my other plants. Install staff was quick and polite. We had a great experience picking out a few new desert plants for our landscaping. The gentlemen who helped us was new but... extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We are crossing fingers that our Ocotillo take before winter. We will be back in thefuture. They have a wide variety of gardening tools as well. We got a new nozzle there that works great.
