First negative review I?ve ever left. Ever! We arrived for dinner and told the hostess we had to be out in 90 min (reasonable... timeline for eating wings?) The restaurant was maybe 1/6 full and from the start it was a really poor experience. Dirty glassesand cutlery, warm drinks, (they didn?t have ice). After our server had been avoiding us for around 30-40 minutes, I went toinquire about our food and reminded them we needed to leave soon. Long story short, 90 min later our food hadn?t arrived and wesettled our bill and left very hungry. I can also say with 100% certainty we were not the only very disappointed and upset tablein the restaurant. You couldn?t pay me to go back. Read more
Had a terrible experience at Wild Wings. We ordered when we arrived as we had a show that started promptly at 8. The drinks... arrived but there was no ice. We asked for water three times and when we got water it was served with dirty cups. We were seatedfor over an hour and repeatedly had to ask when our food would be ready. We decided we?d have to just pay for the drinks andleave after an hour of waiting otherwise we would have been late for our show. When we were leaving they told us the food wasjust coming out and they could box it up for us. We couldn?t take the food with us because we would have had to leave it in thecar for 2+ hours. When we were paying for our drinks they told us that they just had a rush of 30 people (there might have been10 in the restaurant) and that we would still need to pay for our food. They argued with us and told us an hour isn?t a longtime to wait at a restaurant. I totally understand it?s a hard time for restaurants but over an hour is way too long to wait forchicken fingers and wings. If you?re reading this review I?d urge you to take your business elsewhere. Read more

Ordered a rib/wing combo online and was called 15 mins later saying they have no ribs. Cancelled order. Noticed I wasn?t... refunded. Called in a month later and they told me they have never ran out of ribs? after a few calls they finally agreed torefund me. Order was March 27 and still have not got my $37 refund. Had a great experience eating there! Service was prompt and the food was tasty. Our server Brittany was extremely polite and... well mannered. She was quite patient with my children as well (they can be a handful to say the least) . All in all I wouldrecommend this location and I?ll be a returning customer for sure! Read more

Had a wonderful time with family at the Wild Wing Midland last week. The food was excellent, full of flavour and variety,... especially in the different flavours of seasoning on offer for the wings. But most importantly, our server Kendra was reallypolite and friendly throughout our time there, greeting us with a smile, chatting with us and making us feel welcome. She made agreat beer recommendation, which was very helpful for me as a Brit who was out of his depth with Canadian beers! All in all, afantastic dining experience and Kendra in particular is a real credit to the team. Read more
