Staff are great and very fast in the drive thru. My dog loves getting his doggie Tim bit.
I don?t normally go to this location. I just needed a tea and there was barely any line up in the drive through. So, I ordered... my large tea as per usual with one bag in and one on the side. When I received my drink, it was too hot to hold (wasn?t evenoffered a cup sleeve or anything), I was not given my bag on the side and the lid wasn?t even properly secured to the cup. Read more

Typically a great personable experience, everyone is very welcoming. Management must have put a change for cream cheese portions... lately, not worth the extra costs in my opinion go with the butter. Read more
No issues with the food or drink, it's Tim Hortons, it'll always be Tim Hortons. My issue from my visit today was how the... supervisor was treating the only sandwich station worker who was trying to fulfill orders. We all know that staffing is roughdue to recent events in the world, but as a supervisor belittling your employee and complaining about wait times in front ofcustomers is a huge red mark. If your only job is to gripe about how much time your staff is taking to complete a miriad oforders alone maybe a career change is in order, otherwise jump in and assist and work as a team like you were meant to. You always have time. And a lot of people who are twitching from their withdrawals and moody from lack of caffeine should take a... step back and appreciate the staff. They take so much abuse. Treat them with respect and if they mess up your order. They willfix it. So relax. Everything will be ok if you have to wait 5 more minutes for that sip. Read more
Hiii my friends Do not go in this Tim Hortons, staff is really rude especially the old women who work in front she is not good... in nature and manager of this location as well. They need to understand that customers are the king of the market you guys cannot speak in such way. I strongly suggest Tim hortons head quarter to change such staff if they want to maintain theirreputation in market and give an opportunity to other people who live for work.
