I love this location of this subway. How ever not so much some of the staff. I got a sub in a bowl with next to no cheese. Now... keep in mind it was a 12inc so it shouldn't matter on bread or in a bowl there should be cheese. When the manager is workingalways the best service and sub bowl ????????. Read more
I never thought I would give this place a review because of the poor service and quality but tonight change that about a half an... hour ago I had purchased a footlong sub of a wonderful gentleman that served me very well now mind you this I did go in at 8:00there's normally not a wait but his customer service was excellent and the sub is honestly hands down one of the best subs Ihave purchased from Subway I hope your boss sees this and I hope he's proud of you whoever was working tonight I didn't catchyour name. Good food. Day staff needs to turn down the ice table. Veggies visibly frozen. Need 2 staff working if you're going to do online... orders. I stood waiting 20 minutes for her to take my order. After looking behind me and seeing the line-up, I felt bad that myorder was the 3 subs for $24 after 4pm, so I rushed through my order, leaving with a sub that only had 1/2 of the Veggies Iwanted and only mayo.... I'm a loyal customer and LOVE the fact that I can create my own piece of sammich art!.... you mostcertainly should look into increasing the staff at night.
