Rude woman working in this store/cafe told me that I couldn?t bring my dog into the store. When I pointed out to her that my... dog was a registered service dog from an accredited Canadian Dog Guide foundation, this women proceeded to say ?so what!?Normally I might choose to just take my business elsewhere but I decided to educate her that she should be careful of what shewas trying to do as it was a Human Rights and Ontario Disability Act violation to restrict a service dog from the premises. Only then did she finally say ?oh, I didn?t notice she had a service dog vest on.? Not even an apology. Interesting to me thatthe big red vest clearly marking my service dog from an accredited dog guide school and and also me telling her, didn?t seem toget her to acknowledge this. Only when she was told that this was a human rights code violation and that she was at risk of afine did it seem to persuade her to change her tone and attitude. Very poor service and they should truly be ashamed ofthemselves to allow this to even happen in this day and age. Read more
I booked the afternoon tea and the food was delicious. It consisted of scones, clotted cream, jam, finger sandwiches and tiny... desserts. I tried a few items and then took the rest to go as I was too full to eat another bite. A pleasant experience fromstart to finish. Read more

Absolutely loved the biscuits with clotted cream and jam that I bought while on vacation... so much so that I had to go back the... next day and get more before my 4 hour drive back home! Was even introduced to the wonderful woman responsible for baking thedelicious treats! Cannot wait for my vacation next year, so I can visit again! Read more
Absolutely amazing experience. My friend and I went earlier today to try the place out for the first time. We had her 2 year old... along with us and they were super accommodating of her. Had a toy tea cart to play with, booster seat, juice boxes. Was amazingto see. The two ladies working were super friendly, nice and welcoming. Now the food and tea, the best tea I have ever hadbefore and the food as well. For the amount of tea and food we were served the price was super reasonable. First visit there,and definitely won't be the last. Thank you so much! Read more
