This location is really hit or miss. I've had decent tasting food, terrible tasting food, and food that was prepared without... several ingredients that should have been there. And I have to say that Popeyes customer support is some of the worst I've everdealt with. I spent almost a year with them going back and forth about an issue and they kept directing me to new departmentsand new staff and I never got a resolution. Twice now I have gone between 5-6 pm and they have had no chicken. It's a chicken place, right? Only spicy available. So... yesterday I ordered and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, to be told at the window it would be another 8 for the chicken tocook. I pulled around to the side to wait, and sat there for another 15 minutes. I went in as my order was ready, headed out tothe car, to find the order was wrong. I get it, stuff happens. Consistantly slow. Asked to wait in the parking lot. Got tired of waiting so i went in to get my money back. It was ready, just... forgotten. Last time for me. Almost forgot, paid for 5 tenders and only got 4... Edit : Thought i'd give them one more shot,does this look like 5 tenders to anyone? Read more
The food is good, typical for Popeyes. The service, though, is so slow I'd recommend not even trying to get food from here on a... lunch break. I've often had to wait 15-20mins or more for what was supposed to be FAST food! The staff are nice, but really needto figure out how to speed up. Read more
