Very poor place. Ordered dinner for birthday Sun Aug 7th, 2022. Only salad available was coleslaw, had to wait a long time and... chicken was not drained and greasy. Cut 12 now instead of 9 very small pieces. Spent $85 was not happy ???? I guess now you getloss for more ???? Read more
We always had bad experience at this Midland location. On Friday August 5, 2022. They didn?t have macaroni, or potato salad. (... They blame it on the supplier) And another time I went in 1 hour 1/2 before closing they said they didn?t have any chicken. Poorservice the staff is so slow. Every time when I go there , there?s a line up, people wait quite some time. Too bad there?s notanother KFC for miles. Otherwise I would never buy anything at this location. Read more
They didn't have any salad sides except coleslaw. The breading on the chicken was soggy, the chicken tenders were way too salty.... This store always is out of stock for dinner and lunch rushes, food is not done right or I have known 2 people who got sick fromchicken sandwich and the other box of chicken. I havent been to KFC for a few years. Chicken was overly greasy, service was very slow and poor. Today I thought I would try... again. The cashier was very friendly. Wait time was minimal and my chicken dinner was perfect! I was very pleasantly surprised! Read more
The frint counter employee deserves her own 5 star rating. She was apologetic for the excruciatingly long waits. Seeing as... there's only her and another in the back, she was forced to deal with the counter and help cook. This stores owner needs tostaff this place correctly. I did not have a very pleasant experience on my most recent visit. Ordered the Double Down Box Meal with an upgrade to a... poutine, the meal was just shy of $20. The two pieces of chicken that made up the Double Down we're extremely overcooked andappeared to be cooked in filthy oil. The popcorn chicken was ice cold. The fries would have been inedible if not smothered withgravy and cheese curds. The only positive thing about the meal was the corn niblet side which was actually served hot andtasted good. My daughter and I tried the plant based 'chicken' sandwich ... pretty yummy (although not something to eat everyday lol) and so... nice to see more and more places offering vegetarian options! Great to have some choices when on the go... Read more
