Waited for 20 minutes for my salad. When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong dressing. Sigh. The next day, I ordered a... grilled chicken sandwich and the middle was raw. ???? Very disappointing. Went to get lunch today and was going to eat inside and get to the door and there Lobby is Closed at... 10:45am. No sign on door as to why. Ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich Meal and a Baconator Meal. Get back to work on theother side of town and open my Chicken Sandwich to find just pickles on my sandwich. Call and talk to Ashley the manager and shetells me that the store has been without lettuce for a month due to e coili and doesn't have tomatoes either. I wasn't told thiswhen I ordered. Ordered curbside pick up. Food was good. Service was unusually slow so I was on my way up and was greated rudely by the employee... bringing my meal because my order was large. A drink was forgotten so I decided to go into the store to get it. Service was slowinside as well, there were not enough employees. Nobody was taking orders and I happened to witness an employee be very rudewith an elderly woman. At that time I decided to just leave and will likely take my business elsewhere for a while. Would like to give them less stars! Did a breakfast order, breakfast sandwiches had moldy buns!! Breakfast bar was hard as a... rock, you could tell it was very old. Extremely slow! Almost 30 minute wait for food. Drink dispenser was not working and food quality was horrible. Burgers were... cold and buns were not fresh. Fries were not hot or fresh. I will try store again hoping today was just a fluke? Read more
Placed order on line. Park where indicated by signage. Checked in on line "I'm Here". Waited 15 minutes and no one came out with... my order. It was dinner time and there was no customers inside the restaurant and no customers at the drive thru. I finallywent into the store and my order was just sitting there. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Ordered 3 frostys. Got them with NO SPOONS. Guy at the window said they didn't have... any. Asked for a fork, drove away from window to discover the frostys were like warm liquid milk!!! Called the store from theparking lot because it was 7:50pm and the inside was closed for girl to tell me the manager left for the night and she couldn'thelp me. I would have to come back tomorrow.
