Typical Taco Bell. Nothing special. Chose to dine in and the workers hardly even paid attention to the fact that we were... there. They were focused on the drive through. Ordered through the kiosk. Taco Bell use to be my favorite fast food and this is the closest store to my house but I'm so tired of being treated like trash... at this location, the workers are always in horrible moods and short and rude, the food is always very poorly made , cold hardshells with hardly anything on/ in them just an example I just got a five layer burrito box and the taco has me on half of itand hardly any the cinnamon twists are basically bare they have no cinnamon sugar on them in the burrito is laughable it is acold ripped shell because they rolled a cold shell with the smallest amount of nacho cheese holding the smaller shell to itbarely enough to be able to see the small shell is also cold and cracked there is two very small dabs of meat inside the wholeburrito all of the cheese was on one end of the burrito and then a huge dollop of sour cream in the middle and that's it I justpaid $5 for two cold shells plain fried noodles and a little bit of lettuce and they didn't put my mild sauce in the bag I'm sotired of it it's like this every time I get food there to the point where I'm just not going to go anymore I went from Taco Bellbeing my favorite restaurant to I absolutely hate Taco Bell if I can't even get a soft taco that has Taco in it it's not worthit especially with how mean the workers are Read more
Came from out of town on football business, got cancelled for the rain so we chose out of all places to spend money, taco bell !... We got back on 10 going East in a monsoon and miles away realize there is 2 missing tacos and a burrito from one of your boxmeal's , now I wouldn't usually get this way but someone missed out on a whole dinner and we couldn't turn around we had anotherhour in the car , everyone at every job , including mine has to be done correctly to have a successful business, now thisproblem is literally just counting and reading and they weren't busy ! The service sucked. And this isn't the first time either! This is a habit every time we go there. We never get napkins. Never... get it sauces and today was no different. I would just drive the extra 2 miles to the other one by family fare till get betterservice. Read more
I think this was the best experience for Taco Bell yet. We ordered on the kisok and it was pretty dead in there. Our order... ringed and they sprang to action. We had our drink within seconds(usually we get it with our food). The food really took them acouple minutes and was hot and fresh. The tables and floor were clean and staff was super friendly. Employees were horsing around, waited quite a while for someone to take our orders. Once the order was taken, food was... delivered quickly. I went back to the register to order a drink, stood there for 10 minutes and never was waited on. *kudos tothe older male working the line. He seemed to be the only one with a sense of urgency and was definitely the hardest workingindividual during our visit. Read more
Having had mistakes from this location before, we usually check to make sure we have the correct number of items at least. With... the proper packaging for the items we ordered i was satisfied. Long story short the pictures show a "crunch wrap supreme notomato". Is the lettuce, sour cream, and hard shell now invisible?????? Read more
The order taker read back my customizations back and everything was correct on the receipt. Upon receiving my food, I had order... a 5layer with creamy jalapeño added with extra nacho cheese and to have the burrito grilled. There was so much creamy jalapeñothe burrito was extremely messy. It would have been okay if the burrito was grilled as requested. I went in to get my burritofixed and the employee who handed my order was polite and went to talk to management to get it fixed. However the manager whooriginally made the food said I was wrong and that she made it correct the first time. But remade the food with some attitudebehind it. I watched as the burrito was made and watch more than the two pumps of nacho cheese was added and more than theappropriate amount of creamy was added to the burrito. Again a very messy burrito, however this time it was grilled andeverything was able to remain inside the burrito. The manager after finishing the burrito dropped the bag in front of the crewmember to hand to me instead of apologizing themselves. Highly disappointed in the friendliness of management at this restaurantand if I was still working for Ryanne back at North, I would never have handled a situation like that. Read more
