Drive-thru is horrible and ruins the place. Just awful. I'm pretty good at this stuff and it was way too difficult to sit there... out my car window trying to work this ridiculous touch screen. So easy to just get rid of that piece of junk and use a speakerand take people's orders. For a place where you give orders for customized sandwiches forcing people to use a touch screen outyour car window is about the dumbest thing I've seen at a food place. Read more
I'd give it 0 stars if I could this was my favorite Subway. Now after forgetting my mild peppers the other day. Today they... forgot 3 things and it was extras I paid for. Chicken bacon ranch salad and didn't even put the bacon, avocado or cheese on it.If they weren't so worried about yelling about the movies they were watching maybe they would've gotten it correct. This is very hit or miss across all subways. I?m not sure why there is such a discrepancy among the sandwiches. But I ordered a... foot long deluxe steak and cheese with extra veggies. Which I do order myself at the touch screen drive thru. I am then alwaysprompted by a window teller who doesn?t say anything other than my total and pushes the card reader out at me asking me to ?tipor skip? (for what?, I took my own order! All you?re doing is making it) I then get home to this.(see picture) Not even enoughmeat for a 6 inch sub, let alone a foot long. Or a deluxe which is what I ordered! And I also ordered extra veggies. There?sbarely any! Subway needs to standardize how each sub is supposed to be and they always need to look like that. Do betterpeople! Absolutely horrible sandwich. I just ordered a sandwich for curb side. I drove 3 miles and noticed the associate walking out... with my food before I used the app to notify I was there. Meaning they made my sandwich and it sat there instead of being madeupon arrival. I take the sandwich 3 miles home. Literally a couple minutes and the sandwich is hard as a rock. It took aridiculous amount of force to break the bun. When you did you end up with two un-edible rocks and dust. It literally seems morelike drywall that bread. At least my company had a good laugh and a heads up of what kind of product is provided at thislocation. To bad, they used to be really great. Very new store: A grade. The atmosphere is fresh and hip. Staff friendly, helpful: A grade. The people making the sandwiches and... your meal seem to really care. Cleanliness: A grade. The tables were clean. The pop dispenser was just cleaned. Pop was nice andcrisp. Food. New steak wrap: A grade. The southwest steak wrap is fantastic. The green or red wraps are both good. Overallexperience: Solid A grade. The manager is really on top of things at this subway. Refreshing. p.s. love the neon type signs. Thepictures don't do the bright colors justice. I don?t go to Subway often. It?s more of a treat, I have a gluten allergy?but tonight I am exhausted from a very long and... stressful day. Subway sounded so good. A nice toasted subway club. Only someone couldn?t read the word ?toasted? apparently orperhaps has not been trained on what that word means.
