Ordered 2 meat Papadias. They were terrible! 1st and last time ever going to order this garbage in a box. The ends and outside... were burnt crispy. Looked like someone sat on them, real flat. Better off ordering pizza and folding it over. Will NOTrecomend, ever! Read more
I would avoid the jalapeno popper bites. They are extremely disappointing.
Call to order was 15 minutes on a Friday!! I was there around 3 pm and the place was empty!! I'd definitely recommend going... around that time if you're in a hurry!!! 4 stars because of the food quality!!! obviously fast food is fast food!!! Read more
Absolutely love love love the new Papadillas. Definatly one of my favorite things from a pizza place. Never been here before... and we got three Papadillas and a small pizza and my son said the pizza was great too. Service was fantastic, I was greetedwith a smile and was thanked for coming and giving them a try. Have been back twice since then. Nice job Papa John's. Wish youdelivered 2 miles further so I didn't have to come pick it up but that's alright by me. I will do delivery for lunch at workfor sure!!!!! Thanks again. Read more
I'm disappointed that I didn't get a pizza saver under my pizza. Usually the nice corrugated white piece keeps the pizza from... tasting like cardboard when I get it home 15 mins later, but no such luck this time. The pizza was made correctly and thestaff is nice. Just wish it didn't taste like cardboard. Read more
Awesome service. I called up and was greeted by a friendly guy named Keith. He was super helpful and even suggested I upgrade... one of the pizzas (my medium pizza to a large) because it would save me some money with their 2 large pizza deal. Then when myhusband came in to pick up our pizzas (mine was meat free and no cheese) A very nice lady came over and told him that they useda new pizza cutter on my pizza (one that hadn't been used on a pizza with meat/cheese). I didn't request that, but couldn'tbelieve how thoughtful that was of her to do that for me. There are a lot of great pizza places in Midland, but Papa John's isnow going to be my first choice!
