Was there this AM. Totally ignored us. We were told use the kiosk by an employee at the kiosk. We told her we did not Want... to. She replied then you'll be waiting for a while. My wife said this is why we never come here. We turned to leave and thislady said then don't come here. Needless to say I will NEVER set foot in this McDonalds again. This is not the first time wehave had problems here. I have had employees look at me at the register and then deliberately turn their backs on me. I havehad them, in a snippy tone of voice, tell me use the Kiosks that why they are there. They are so concerned with the drive thruthat they ignore people inside. Numerous times I have had to park and go inside when the order is wrong. Needless to say ifthey were the last mcdonalds in the county I would drive to Freeland instead of going there. Read more

As I went up to the drive thru I WAS ON MY PHONE and ended the call as soon as I could, my son was choosing his meal and the... young lady told me to go around. I thought she was kidding me , she then said thiers a car behind you so hurry up, I couldn't even believe it so I said excuse me? I had a great experience. I stopped in for breakfast. I didn't want to spend much so I opted for the dollar menu. I used the... kiosk inside and it was extremely easy. As I was finishing my order, it informed me that I was eligible for a coupon. I was ableto get two breakfast sandwiches for less than $3. The food was great and the service was even better. Read more
Paid $9 for a Big Mac meal and they couldn?t even fill the fry?s all the way. The fry?s were cold and the sandwich was cold.... Definitely won?t be coming back. Read more
Worst mcdonalds in the tri cities!!! Never get the order right!!!! Frozen fries mixed in with hot fries in my child's happy... meal, after sitting 15 minutes in drive thru waiting at the speaker the whole time they get my order wrong and I have to goback. Customer service is below average for fast food. I would highly recommend going to another establishment!!!! Read more
Everyone here is always really nice, but I gotta deduct 1 star because it seems like they overwork them here. Whenever I go... inside, everyone always looks pretty frazzled from being so super busy. Also, this last time we visited, the floor everywhereseemed super slippery. It was weird. But four stars because all the employees here are pretty cool and the food is alwaysconsistently good. Also, I do wish it was the 80s again and I could let my kids go outside to climb in the Officer Big Macjailhouse. My kids love coming here but don't even know who the Fry Guys are and that's a shame. Of course it's good and fast but I would think by now they would have figured out a system to get orders correct and stop having... to redo the orders. Also I would like the app alot more if you could use more than 1 reward at a time since they are my rewardsand also why can't I use a reward and a deal at the same time. Very confusing and very slow. For all the hassle I'm not sure ifI'm going to continue to "TRY" and use the app anymore. But as always we still love our Micky D's. Read more
