The food is hit or miss. Great when you?re hitting a lunch/dinner rush, but not so good when it?s like 1:30-3pm. Their biscuits... are always hard as a rock which is my main food complaint. The customer service is lacking in the sense of being cut off whenordering at the drive through, or I feel like an inconvenience for asking for honey or butter. I don?t really dine inside fastfood places, so I can?t rate how the experience is going inside as of recent years. I also tried getting the $1 coupon booktoday, paid for it and didn?t get it in my bag. I?m not going to drive over there for a little booklet and it?s just $1, butstill kind of weird to offer me a coupon book, but within 2 min of me driving up and leaving, it?s forgotten about. Absolutely the worst drive thru experience. Was cut off with our total no less then 4 times with our total as we were still... ordering, acted like we were a big inconvenience for her. None of our chicken Littles had pickles. Gave me a spoon to eat myNashville hot strips, AND tossed the biscuits in the bottom of the freaking bag ????
