Not happy with the inconsistencies. Last week when we ordered the pasta with cheese and chicken it was perfect, loaded with... chicken . This week we got it and there were TWO quarter-sized chunks of chicken in the whole pasta bowl. There have been otherinstances such as either undercooked or overcooked pizza and the staff are very unprofessional. I often hear swearing behind thecounter between other workers. Not impressed. For $22.50 for 1 large 2 topping ???? 1 soda you would think the dough would be fully cooked not undercooked. I didn't under pay... you so why did I get an uncooked pizza? I shop here on occasion but never had that happen but doubt I will be back. The taste ofundercooked pizza dough turned my stomach for awhile. Read more
Used to be so good, but the last couple of times the toppings were very skimpy and the crust didn't have any seasonings like... normal. They also burnt my last cheesy bread very badly and hardly put any cheese on it too. They had been my favorite foryears, but I'm just so disappointed with them lately. My special needs son loves pizza from the Midland Dominos. We?ve had a tradition of getting their pizza for him every week for... years now. It?s something he always looks forward to greatly. He LOVES using the app to customize his pizza. He orders alldifferent styles of pizza and oftentimes has them all made with BBQ sauce, not tomato sauce. He adds BBQ sauce to many things heeats. The bonus part with his BBQ pizza?s is he has them all to himself. No one in the family will eat BBQ pizza. We ordertraditional tomato sauce pizza, just not every week. Read more
Called in an order. Domino's took my order, told me my pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes. When I went to get my order. No one... could find my order. One worker told me that they have been getting prank phone calls for orders. So apparently they thought myorder was not valid so one made my order. Wanted me to wait so they could start making my order. Go back to the old ways andmake the order because it was called in. Do not punish your customers because someone is pranking orders. Be professional andcall back to verify it is a real order. Too late, lost a valid customer. Read more
Normally, I dont have an issue. Always got good pizza and great service. But today I order a pizza with garlic dipping sauce. My... daughter stopped to pick it up and was given the pizza and was told she was all set. Wheres my dipping sauce? Then the pizza wassupposed to be a garlic flavored crust. Dracula could have ate it. So no flavor of garlic any where and no dipping sauce whichyou charge extra for it. Sorry, if you can't get it right we have problems. The guy I talked to on the phone said he wouldgive me the sauce if I drove back to get it. It would cost more in gas to drive back than was worth it. So keep the 50cents andyour little 3 dollar tip. Never have had a bad pizza from Domino's! Love they're app! Very easy to use. And pizzas are done very quickly everytime!
